It'd be good if the AI took cover, like in that VME PLA mod. Now there's a good mod. A lot of things people are asking for in this thread are actually in it. A platoon system (but that crashes mine ), AI taking cover, and just too much to say here (or even remember ).

I think it's better, for a few reasons: 1. No more losing equipiment! Once, I tried to see if I could get the notepad off the screen. I got it back about 6 months later. 2. It's more modern. It's kinda like a GPS map. 3. You can always ask the community for a new one. Remember: OFP has a MASSIVE mod community. 4. WHO CARES. So it's not perfect. Sue BIS. It probably isn't the final one anyway. There aren't any trees or bushes shown on it, so they may well change it.

That would be cool. I just hope the physics in general are better: No more floating 5 ton trucks!

So... How the hell does TrackIR WORK?!? I mean, I understand that you look left or right in reality to look left or right in the game, but wouldn't that leave you looking away from the screen trying to engage a tank that's shooting you to bits, so you look back at the screen, but then you do a 180 spin, and then get annihilated by everything in sight (or, rather, not in sight any more)?

Wow. How much time have you lot been wasting finding all of this stuff and putting into a nonsensical, silly idea database that is really dumb?

For all the stealth stuff, it'll be VERY necessary to make the movement method better... I'll never forget the time I ran straight past a house and got blown up by about 6 T-80s, all because I didn't release the "w" key 1,000,000 years ( ) before I got to the house. It'd also help the Ai in close encounters.

I'll probably insert my false teeth, fart then start messing around with the campaign (the false teeth thing is because it'll be a while yet before they release Game2 ).

Try looking around on ofp.info. The way I got it was googling "OFP zombie mod" or something like that, and the homepage of it should be there somewhere. There's a download bit, but I'm pretty sure it leads to the old "gamezone" address of ofp.info, so copy the link and change it to the "gamepark" address. Happy hunting!
