well, the biggest example is the right to bear arms, now i know its talked about alot. but when the constitution was written there was a genuine need for that. what with indians, highwaymen and just to put dinner on the table. But now thats not needed, so that would be example of part of the constitution made redundant byt yet clinged onto by the USA , for better or , more than likely, worse.

i would just like to say i think ameria needs to completly re-write its constitution. It was written for 200 years ago and its out of date. It cannot be updated with any number of ammendmants. dose anyone else agree/disagree ?

Common fucking sense. the most commen sence to me would be to leave them to it. i think im starting to hate the USA as a country , i love its people and going there on holiday, but its foriegn policy just makes me hate the country. there hippocrites, they wont let any country they dont like do anything. those lists are stupid, they have missed out loads of players that have had a better season than loads listed.
