did you add the gunner in the config file? add the gunner proxy in the gunner lod? also maybe the VIEW - Gunner memory point in the lod? thats all i can think of right now good luck

Hey if your offers still open i'd like a new sound for my p51, particularly one that doesn't sound like a lawnmower (like the one i currently have ) If you want to go further id like some start up and shut down sounds too. Many thanks in advance if you can help out

Ok well i had a seriours bug with my new P51 plane i've been upgrading. I had the following Points for use with the sliding canopy feature. Now when the plane is in OFP and the AI try to take off they constantly crash on take off. Even though a human player has no problems. It seems that if you keep your memory points closest to the middle of your addon you shouldn't have as bad a problem. Just to let everyone know incase they are having the same problem, could also be a cause for bad performance on big planes. Thanks To Footmunch for helping me solve this problem

Cartridges ejecting from static Guns

i just want to but in and say GREAT IDEA Scud i was just recently working on a static gun and the drop effect is no good because the casing will always come out of 1 spot. When the gun turs out of position i found it was then badly missed placed. -
i dont think that the landing aoa does much in ofp, well at least i didn't notice anything different Try adjusting the landing speed, i found that this affects it the most. But you'll have to play around with the mass in the geo lod as well as the brake distance and flap friction stuff. Its hard though becuase if your test island doesn't have the runway paths setup it can stuff your addon

I need to ask a Q as my Graphics card dont support this. What height when flying a plane or chopper does the reflection dissapear or is it always there? and does it work with the setobjecttexture addons out there? or does the reflection have missing parts? thanks in adv to anyone -

Hi Klink, as you said you got some spare time i hope you wouldn't mind, if i send you over the files from my destroyer? (when i get home later) I've had some of the probs you've had , and you might be able to use some of the code stuff. Also with the turrets or wepons systems your using i found for me that the best way to stop them going up and down is to instead; 1, Make them a boat (is possible) in the config file 2, Remove the crash sound from them Unfortunatly just creating them using scripts doesn't work as well. but if you add your gun in the mission. eg Gun1 & name it Gun1 Then use your script to position Gun1 to boat. ( i know this is a bitch to do  because its then not automatic but it works the best. ok the reason for making them a boat is so that they move up and down automatically with the ofp water. This is also the reason for adding them in the mission editor and not using the scripts because otherwise when starting the mission the timing will be out. I'll let you in on another secreat you can also do this for geo lods making a purfect 64m + ship   and you can guess who come off better when the US PB rams the destroyer.  try removing the Geo or land contact lods of the weapons. But this shouldn't effect the boat if its defined as a boat
