The map is excellent even for the alpha release I thank him for letting us see his work so far. I have 1 question tho will there be an airfield? and which 1 (location)

Ahh yes how could i forget the yak-9 I think AAia had a yak-3 in production but i only saw screen shots and because we are down atm i can't find out if they are still working on it It is fairly simmilar to to yak-9 I think the list would be complete then ?

Hey footmunch great work on the planes! With the Korea list we could add a reskin of the p-51 and also with a little work we could change the spitfire in to the seafire and make it work for a carrier. That would add 2 more planes without doing much work?

This is what i would like , Maybe someone can help me or point me in the right direction. I'm looking for someone too make a simple map. with as little detail as possible. What i would like it to be full of Canyons, very little or no scenery (trees, etc...) with some roads and the very odd small base. Then maybe 3 or 4 airfieds arounds the corners of the map. I would like to use it as an experiment (then release) for all these panes aia and soon ww2ec, italianww2? will have, in a mp situation to test lag and this like that. Any ideas? -
Bit off topic but don't forget gordaks go229 (thats what im also updatingbtw) and was the Hawk the first ofp addon plane? lol the plane is just a target GoOB most if not all of my skins are from il2. So i makes the planes even better because you can add the skin you want with some little editing from il2skins.com drewb99 i think some people will disagree with me but i think ofp could be the most detailed flight sim ever! might not be the most accurate. I agree that it is a soldier sim but its variety that makes it great! it would be excellent walking through the fields and seeing 109's and spit dogfighting (well ai style) or the storch doing a recon If you all want i could ask Marcel if i can change his config.cpp file and release it again so it flies better?

Winters i dont have that problem? it should be the same icon as the green ju52 do you see that 1? in the map? this is in the config file icon="\ju52\icon.pac"; dont see a problem with that did you have the ju52.pbo installed? Footmunch still alpha that 109 i need to find a texturer who can help with that part of the plane. and the spit looks awsome btw ill send you it soon

The other way is just de pbo all and any addons you have. Peak inside the config.cpp file and see whats there.

In answer to your questions it will do absolutely nothing just add a script feature that will look cool. The Radiator door work for the purpose of allowing air flow. When your crusing there will only be a small gap for the air but when your dog fight'n you open the door to allow the air to cool the engine because your are powering up and down alot, the pilot won't need to do this it is scripted. Just done to make the plane a bit more real The_Taurus i was say'n thats the problem not YOUR problem even though i wrote your problem any 1 else with a problem

yeah that dog's not animated but you could use the setpos and set dir commands to move the dog around a bit and for the sound use the sounds in the standard sounds part of the mission editor there are a few. I think there was a problem making a flashlight on a weapon but not sure, there is a topic allready on this at ofpec.com somewhere?

Ok i get ya, you want the actions avaliable when the pilot gets in the plane "1 more problem... you can drop the tanks and activate wep and the fuel goes back to green." I don't have that problem? and i think it is Impossible, because each time you use the wep even if the fuel is at 0.2 it will always - the fuel by 0.05 Wait till Bratty gets time to update the corsairs they will be even better! but he is busy with some more real nice addons going on. Hey does any1 have a script or know where 1 is? for the random numbers and logo features Lupus[WD] was talking about?

biohaz i don't have a way to test it on mulitplay my internet speed is 28k at best so i'm not sure how to set it up and fix some of the problems? I've allready changed the wep pos that was real anoting so now wep is at the top of the list the canopy won't be changed you could try on their planes for the wep _plane addAction ["WEP","\AIA_P51EM\wep.sqs"] where _plane is the name of the plane or you could try just THIS it might work? _plane addAction ["Jettison Fuel Tanks","\AIA_P51EM\droptanks.sqs"] for the tanks, but this proberly won't work as the fuel tanks use 2 scripts If the planes fuel reaches 0.5 do the fuel tanks drop as they should?

Yeah thats good you noticed the textures will be better. Also under the star you will see the radiator, it works too and looks good! The aia site won't be back until blackdog rearangers the files, mine was quick because i dont have much, but he also has lots of other mods to do as well. WW2EC TEAM are now back so check them out, looks real good again and excellent format. ps try voting who cars to their poll. lol http://dynamic6.gamespy.com/~ww2ec/

Yeah my webs down and so is AIA's i think it is because blackdog has got a new server for tacticalblunder.com. Some info I have 2 missions ready for the next release, just a little bit of cutscene work to do. I'd like to include a ju52 mission as well, so it looks lik you will all be getting 3 missions + a script example mission (for the gunscript) Capt Ryan may also have a mission for us too, if he gets time. I ask bratz for some help if i can use his wheel script. & You all will need the corsair pack as i will code the corsair pilot in. (If thats cool with bratz) so download that if you haven't but we all have by now. I've had too many complaints for a ww2 pilot and there is no way i'm going to make one. The rest of the other planes will be released in 1 too 2 weeks after the update for the mustangs which will be sometime this week if blackdog can get the server going. So it's important to list all/any unfound/unlisted bugs with scrips n stuff. Please test and be sure it's not something you are doing wrong first, and try and include a suggestion if you can. Because it sucks to hear this, and if you don't have 10seconds to add a suggestion then i ain't listening. Some more info is needed I have a problem when i install it it goes fine -> What have you installed ? Did you just install the skin pack ? What version have you got? Have you got too many addons n you're folder?

Radar is it a problem? I would like to keep it as it is way too hard to find the enemy with out it! In the dogfights the enemy may just be out of visual range and therefor you just can't find them. Any suggestions?
