    No. Can you give me few example missions that are heavy in your system? I do recall that PMC Jungle Patrol is somewhat heavy on the CPU, but I think its tweaked to run smoother on v0.3 not sure. PMC NAM SEAL campaign I think the Vietnam 25km missions might be bit heavy, its been long time since I test played them. Those are the two most obvious that came in mind. What other models is out there what would you suggest to use? Have to check that out, good point. Not really. I'll make a note of the unstability and perhaps we can tweak it for the next version. Thanks for pointing that out. Hmm perhaps you run corrupted JAM 3 installation or simply JAM 2 which is old version? Would be good idea to check. Those are visible to most far away, I'll hope to tweak these so they arent completely pure-white. Any suggestions for color values to use?

    Yes, SEB legend returns... I must confess that I do not know/understand the scenario with the Llaumas heads on VTE. I do know the faces setup is different than in DMA Toyota Wars and others. Our face thingys use the main bin/config.cpp and not any scripts to work which I believe works okay, I have never seen any problems with the faces during testing. Exited vehicles too many times, savegame I cant remember testing specificly. If I understood your question correctly; first, yes we use INQ M60, M113 and M163 Vulcan models. Second, yes I am in process of sorting out a way to get nice M48 model into next VTE release.

    [CAMP] Aurora of Tonal

    I just completed the campaign. Overall its excellent work. There sure are some typos and weird english on the briefings/radio comms titletext's, but that wont effect as the overall mission technics work so good. I dont recall having seen any bugs at all. I really liked this campaign. On some of the city street fights I just had this slow advance process where I moved one or two of my guys at one time and rest were covering. Boy did those skinnies get it good This campaign is highly recommended, everyone should try it out!

    Bn880's Tracers V1.0

    In VTE v0.3 development we had tracers on the vehicles like M2 machine gun, dshk, Huey doorgun, other aircraft and tanks, but I removed them on the last minute because the tracers were on bombs and tank rounds then which looked bit funny and I thought there was some bug when the crew came out and fired their infantry weapons as the tank got destroyed/dammaged, but this might not be the case. Will have to investigate further. When... is another matter

    FREIES FREYA!

    I just completed this campaign and can say that its highly recommended, even if you dont like german bundeshwhatever. Overall this was good solid work meaning that there isn't error X in this mission and error Y in that mission. It was mostly enjoyable mission after mission. Cutscenes were nice, its always good to have some background story for the fighting. I think most of the missions had a cutscene if not two, very good. There were few bis_resistance addon errors which break few cutscenes, but nothing major. If you already havent played this campaign, do it now

    Sorry what planes gear? Some plane has landing gear that is not working or? As it was posted on the release announce Removed radio comms voices (like in WGL). Why remove them? Well all group commands you give are delayed until no other voices/comms are played. So when you tell your guys to open fire or target this/that enemy, there might be many seconds delay because other sounds are played at that time... by the time your group gets the orders and react... you could already be dead. Its not a bug, its a feature. Thanks for reporting those, will get fixed. Yes I'll make sure the machineguns will get checked and sounds set to same standard for all the same weapons. You mean M63A Stoner? If thats what you're looking for then the check out SEAL group's on the editor as one of them have it. Or simply put unit "SEAL (M63A)" into editor and you'll see it. If you want to put this weapon for your soldier, the classname is VTE_m63a and magazine name is VTE_m63aMag then. That is one mean machine gun

    Ouch, talk about bad timing. Hope it was not long download on crappy speeds We replaced BTR-50 which was in v0.2 just a bmp model. That uses now real unarmed BTR-50 model. Here is the list of placeholders, they clearly indicate ingame and in mission editor so when you look at them. Type 63 Self Propelled AA (t55 fia) - VTE_Type63AA SU-76 Self Propelled Gun (t55 fia) - VTE_SU76 K-63 (m113) - VTE_K63 LVTP-5 (m113) - VTE_LVTP5 M48A3 Patton (M60) - VTE_M48 If anyone in the community knows someone/Mod whos done these models, please let us know. If any modeler is interested of modelling any of the above models, please let us... yeah know. We and NAM scene would much appreciate. If we dont get any outside help, then all I can say is I need to take crash course on O2 (more than with v0.2 and v0.3 development cycles) and model it myself, but boy... we are far off from that moment. Not that I dont want to do it, its just that my capabilities aren't really modelling a tank/vehicle from scratch yet. Even if someone knows 3DS model (bad, good or what ever quality) of the mentioned models, please let us know. VTE_land is looking "Brdm.pbo" addon from Res/Addons/ directory, or could it be just Addons/ directory if you dont have Resistance or so, I'm not familiar with all the versions of OFP. But indeed its strange and I'd like to find out what version of OFP/install are you running so we can determine why such error comes up. Well why, hehe I know why because you dont have Brdm.pbo but... I mean, yeah. I have never selected any faces to my user profile. Could you try de-selecting any face first and see what it does? Just create new user profile and dont select any faces/voice pitches or settings, just test VTE mission.

    No you dont need any face packs. Maybe you did not place the bin/ directory correctly on the addon directory? v0.3 requires the bin/config.cpp to be used which was found on the download package.

    That would be Bn880's tracers for sure. Actually I never even seen the other one used anywhere. If you need help to setup the different tracer round intervals for each unit class, just PM me.

    Dont worry, they wont cause any slowdowns/lag. I've had huge firefights with them and no problems. I made even "mistake" in VTE v0.2 and the tracers were on for every shot, even then the firefights were totally ok. Of course now its tweaked to have tracer on riflemen at every 3rd round and every 5th on machine gunners. Snipers go without tracers at all. Its all good, trust me! I like the way you design the campaign. Many people would have just added everything because its fun.

    How about adding bn880's tracers because at least in my ATI radeon card the BIS tracers get distorted. I dont even remember the time anymore when I had rifle tracers enabled in options... WGL uses them and so does VTE. Hope you dont have bunch of 12 year olds as voice actors. Its extremely difficult to find good, if any, voice actor for a campaign

    Does anyone have good reference pictures for Vietnam era Mi-8 helicopter, C-130 Hercules and MC-130 Combat Talon (and/or AC-130 gunship)? Would be much appreciated and maybe we could get better textures for the above aircrafts into v0.3 release.

    Before you release, remember to read the "How to Release" part of WrpTool manual so you wont make mistakes like so many others have done, regarding packing existing addons to their island pbos or download packets.
