the Sexiness of the F-4 is no doubt. the BAe Hawk would fit but the A-4 is a better fit. (unless your tall, it's quit a cramped space) the main reason that is, it is easier to find part for an A-4. (kinda like Iran and there love of the F-5 freedom fighter) and the A-4 can support more weapons making a better multi-role airframe. Â on the fact of the M-60. it a damn good tank. during desert storm M-60s took on Iraqi T-72 and won. plus many country still use them. M-60 2000 is a monster, it has the turret of the M1A1 and the reliable M-60 chassis/powerplant , good luck to anything looking down the end of that peace.

that is vary impressive! can't what to see it complete and ready to fly.
-
Idea. What about Footmunch's MiG-23/27 for OFP? texture it for the SLA.
-
Sweet I can't what to fly.

Remember what the RACS area has? oil rigs For a small nation they would have Cash to spare. Same goes for the north they have a large mine. even if it is gravel it can be a major export. plus both have farm fields. they may not be able to afford development of there own weapons, but they would be able to afford use and upgraded equipment. plus if the SLA said they were pro-communist forces at the time of the cold war. Moscow would have shipped weapons by the Boat load. So Nato would have equipped the RACS like there is no tomorrow. I don't see why any one sees the mod as outrageous. (even today the US support the anti-communist forces around the world.) I could see the RNCS (RACS navy) using the decommissioned Dedalo The real fate is that she was cut up and recycled. but maybe the RACS is able to fit her with 2 steam powered catapults and recovery cables.

I think that NAMC Q-5 Fantan would make a great aircraft for the SLA I can be used as a bomber, close-airsupport, and in anti-ship roles

I remember seeing some pic in a book for the marine corps that showed to other variants of the 22 one almost looked like a cobra and osprey bastard child. with a tandem cabin and hard points on the sides with some sort of rotary cannon in a nose turret. the other was a 4 rotor. with 2 pods near the front and 2 at the back, i assume this is a heavy lift aircraft. Other wise, Gnat I love it! -
