  1. Put it in Other Profiles > Missions > Then fire it up in the editor and save - Export the single missions > Load Scenarios on main menu it will be there.
  2. Seems I cant find any links for the actual program even when registered says something about beta testers but it also seems that a few people can use it as posted in this thread. Any help would be appreciated as it seems like a fantastic program.
  3. I am sure both ACE 2 and PR can be worked in together. Personally I cant do without ACE 2 GL4 WARFX and SLX. I am really looking forward to all the british kit especially the Warrior, btw the animations in the video especially the LMG gunner raising his weapon and the Taliban insurgent appearing round the corner look awesome - are these just in the video or will they be i the mod?

    Are these MRAPS related to the MASTIFF 2 or RIDGEBACK or COUGAR in design ie could I use these MRAPS as a part of a UK Strike Force in a mission I am designing, sorry if I sound a bit thick. BTW these vehicles are the Bees Knees Good Job man:)

  6. Sorry to sound a bit thick here (Btw awesome job Snakeman:)) If I want all of the features active in a mission either out of box or user created do I need to place specific modules in them or do all the features automatically work without me needing to.
  7. I like this idea for aiming accuracy - however giving higher ranks better accuracy is imo not entirely realistic as having a higher rank doesnt neccessarily mean they are a better shot. Perhaps using a Random integer to a lower base value on all ranks may work by randomising the values of accuracy. Just a suggestion. Loving how this is panning out good job snakeman.

Has someone nerfed the Javelin or are tanks operating a new damage system noticed in a game of warfare last night fired a javelin at a PLA Tank, - it carried on and proceeded to hunt me through the woods... So I tested it in the editor being inside various tanks PLA MBT and T- 90, let an enemy javelin marine fire at me - all that happened was slight armour damage. I thought that javelins were one shot one kill weapon systems or has ace implemented a damage system for tanks in the last patch?

    Ai can be lazy at times I think its a workaround in the original game rather than having to code jump functions for AI but I may be wrong.
  12. Fair enough pathy. Yes ofc I double checked and I was looking at ace values so Ill leave the subject matter alone. Best of luck with future releases, and thanks again for such a nice addon.

Looking at the config values of the M1A2 then i noticed passthrough is set to 1 also the armour is 1600... compared to the T90 which is 900 (T-90 still nails the challenger 2 btw - but not the T72, Tusk also nails it (sigh), these are based on a one to one airfield shoot out on UTES, possibly the TUSK armour values could be upgraded on as a basis for the CR2 (only an idea) - noticed also the main gun on the CR2 is abit underpowered - seemingly the only CR2 killed in action in the gulf war was a Blue on Blue by another CR2. Not trying to make the challenger godlike ( although I am biased ) just a bit of input hope it helps. And thx bennyboy for making the time to take another look at it - it is an awesome piece of kit. Thanks again.
  14. Noticed on the Challenger 2 that when you recieve very little damage the crew bail out and get mowed down by gunfire. Just kinda find it annoying, as the challenger is supposed to be one of the most powerful combat tanks in the world, the m1a2 can take more damage before the troops bail and it is by all standards an outdated vehicle compared to the challenger 2. Is there a specific config settin that can be altered perhaps so the crew dont bail, perhaps passthrough? dont mean to hijack but any ideas may be useful.

Hi guys just wondering if the challenger 2 will be updated at some point - I realise why it was released but it would be nice to increase the armour values in relation to the m1a2 tusk or maybe better, perhaps its not the armour values but the crew bailing out is an annoying occurance for such a beautiful piece of work.
  18. Well wouldnt know if any of the files were old it is possible but six- updater ussually deletes them may have a look in the arma rpt
  19. Got the same version - no venom - tried reinstalling also and all the tips Sickboy put down still no joy - still getting BMP error, also tried it with just CBA;ACE:ACEX and zip so i dont know where to go from here...
  20. Umm hate to say it but I have just reinstalled ACE 2 with the six updater - have the latest version and guess what? I have the same problem, no Venom in the editor and only an empty one available which comes up with BMP error, so I guess it hasnt been fixed unless there is something im missing...

    Amen to that brother I had a squad of royal marines set up on Afghani (mental block) that arma 1 cool map by opteryx, anyhow had a challenger 2 and UKF WMIK as Fire support sections - wandered into the city with a HOLD waypoint on the police station with the city full of motorised terrorists, talk about damned awesome never lost one man and I was the medic. Never ever had so much fun as a squadie with a one waypoint mission Best ai mod ever IMO combined with ACE and GL3 from SLX.

    Got to say the combination of ZEUS and ACE makes ARMA 2 the BEST wargame to play and I mean EVER!
