I completely support this arest!!!. and allso i'm waiting for General Ratko Mladić too. This way at some point and in some way Serbs, as a nation, will not be hostages of a hadfull of people who did things in a name of nation but not asking them. As a Serbian i'm tired of every single war in a past decades and nationalistic shit!. Whatsoever i'm for cleaning your own yard and garbage disposal as a first thing to do.

Is this ArmA CGI prerender with ingame models? so it's the same relation like these new OpF2 screens?.

ArmA II shurley will look good in visual terms, shadows, shaders, particals, etc., but it's the phisics what ArmA II needs in order to be ultimate game...no more no less!. it's just...feeling while playing ArmA is that all vehicles have the same weight and a small weight, hardly to explain, but for me its same whether there is Abrams or T-72 or BMP...i just can't feel those 60t. or 40t. Maybe becouse their maneuverability ingame is much to simple...i dont know.???. Or maybe i'm just to old for games . anyways...hopefully ArmA II will have at least improved phisics part of engine.

i see nothing different then ArmA . now, what matters is substance not form. But if BIS does not optimize and improve phisics in ArmA II, a franchise will live up to see its own death. hopefully...i still have faith in BIS!. edit: after Oharas post still...i would like to read what's different then ArmA rather then see.

CM vs. BIS...its becoming much more less like ATI vs. Nvidia nowdays. Quality race which results a better games, hey...u need a competitor to be able to grow!. i cheer for Codemasters to make so damn good game that will push BIS to it limits in order to compete . And only then...we will see top work from Marek and crew.

When i set commander cant fire while he's turned in( inGunnerMayFire=0 ), cursor locks and it moves 360deg. in one axis only, horizontaly. Is there a parameter to unlock cursor movement within comander's scope, optics inside.

Ok, simple question: Nvidia 8800GT 512MB or AMD 3870 512MB? Just for ArmA, and rest is E4400, P35, 1GB memory...planing to play with 1280x1024. All the tests shows this Nvdia model advantage over AMD.

hmm...from where to start?! This is just a result, a cruel culmination and reality of so badly Serbian politic in past decades. Kosovo was lost in 1999 when NATO entered on our soil with no Serbian police force nor army were not alowed...which led Serbs migration to Serbia. In my opnion they(everyone but army and police) shouldnt have to leave their homes, they made same mistake as Serbs in Croatia...again, reality was independent Croatia and now independent Kosovo. They left properties like houses and other holdings and came to Serbia where they were not so welcomed like they expected and promised!. Nobody was thinking that now they are big heavy rock on country's back. Where they are going to live, were will they work, who will take care all of them?!...you know, Serbia is not big as Rusia. On the other side in order to improve their economic state they sell properties where Albanians dont ask for price!, logicaly of course!, that way they are shure no Serbs are coming back. Same as in Croatia, that's why they want to make so bad sitiation for Serbs just to speedup time when Serb have to finaly sell their homes. We just can't deal with truth, i see it now. Part of citizens keep calling Kosovo a fake state yet Kosovo is recognized rapidly by many countries. Shure it hurts, it hurts me when I see Albanian flag in Pristina!, but its reality and I have to learn how to deal with it. And i cant fight with it by not beliveing in something which is actualy happening. We dont have a politic support from a single state, of course, noone will eat our shits for us. Europe is tired of Serbia!. We cant deal it with entering in another war that would leave Serbia in melting down state and complete maddness of its citizens!. We were aware of Kosovo problem long time ago, of course, large growing population of Kosovo Albanians and on the other side poor economic state of Serbs, since 70's. But goverment had been pretendig blind thinking it will resolve by it self!. From any point of view its our defeat for shure, in both teritorial loss and for those people who live there now. And if we have Kosovo back in our control...who will control it and with what?, ...but Europe has a big problem with Albanian mafia, and all other organized criminal across it. If Kosovo was some sort of a part of Serbia, and since Serbia wont be in EU for 10 years for sure, it would be harded to control it. This way all EU countries have a legal, recognized state where to extract their problems...buisniss, chiled mafia, macros, pimps, terorists! I dont use english offen so maybe i write with errors and confusing so sorry. ...i'm at work at the moment and i cant write anymore but i'll continue later. I have a strange feeling denoir will come out of somewere edit: We did that!, by our negligence in resolving problems and facing reality. We entered into battle in 1999 with NATO and if we in some case won, it would be different story now. And if we were in some other case u.s.a. we could deal with it easily, with no UN or other World organizations...after all we protect our interest on Kosovo!. Dont get me wrong, i still think EU is not an angel! :-)

Well, i have a question for developers. Is it posslible to make code, and implement it ofcourse, for High Shadows (settings ingame) to use without self shadowing?. All models, vehicles, building, soldiers, trees, bushes...etc. would cast shadows on ground and other models but not on model it self while using High settings ingame.

BIS have lost credibility with publishing ArmA. People will rush to Codemaster's OpF 2 massively...not becouse of name, but there is just too many disappointed people with ArmA. Period.

I`m a little bit confused with UV editor. Simple question: How to, eg. helmet, unwrap like in a pic, texture it and wrap back to normal?. Allso, how do i get different parts of equipment on single UV set like in a pic below?. hmm...

Dont think they will make BF2, CoD, MOHHA like game . Game 2 must be as twice better then ArmA is now...BIS can`t afford another let down on their fans. I know I would be pissed. Now remeber how we were excited about ArmA last year and earlier... ;-)

BIS need a horse to race with Codemaster's Operation Flashpoint 2 as people who dislike or dissatisfied with ArmA,...i know them a lot, will rush straight for Operation Flaspoint 2. And there are people which didn't heard for ArmA but played Operation Flashpoint a long time ago.

Well, i think definitely something is wrong with terrain layer (grass) ... Terrain: ? Objects: Normal Textures: High Shading: Normal PostPro: Low AF: High Shadows: Disabled AA: High Blood: Low Resolution: 1280x1024 Now, with all these settings when grass is set to Low i have 30fps min., never drops below...but...only at south part of Sahrani. On the other hand in Northen part it get below, some 20. When grass is set to Disable i have min. of 35 or 40fps no matter where I am...north or south Sahrani. I've tried dozen of places on north Sahrani, went into different bushes, forests, and at the end...it lags with grass tuned on only !, even with AA turned off or set to High. Rest of the pc: 3Ghz Core2Duo, 1Gb 800Mhz and X1950Pro/256MB.
