I'm from Holland so I don't care about any Huey. It just seems to most probable helicopter for Resistance units (cheap)

Well, I want to place these weapons on the ground in my map (making a weapons cache (sp?)) so I made the 'Game Logic' object and called it wep1. I loaded myself up with an M16 with no clips, I armed myself with no axtra grenades, just the LAW and every slot used for a LAW rocket Still can't kill the tanks though . I'm dying to see the outro

Yea that one looks mint! I'd either like to have a old Littlebird for the Resistance, armed with one PK or it would also be cool for the Resistance to have a Huey (left over from 'Nam perhaps) or some kind of old Russian helicopter (I don't know much about Russian helicopters so I can't give any names).

*Cries* I keep getting my ass kicked by the tanks (T80, T72, BMP) any sugestions? Oh well, I might try grabbing one of the Strela launchers there. I equiped myself with a LAW but I ran out of my three rockets very fast (one for each machine gun on the beach and one for the Howitzer), but even with the strela launcher, I seem to be in a grim position. I only get one shot and I never managed to take out a T80, T72 and BMP with one strela . I like the mission very much though. It great fun to jump out behind those houses and open up on the enemy, quickly switching to a LAW and blasting the Shilka before it can take a shot at you.

I remember reading in a thread a while back that someone found a bit of text in a script about a Jetranger. Has any info about this been released yet? And what are your thoughts? Do you think it will be released in the next patch or not? Give me your thoughts! Also, what do you think: do the civilians/Resistance need a helicopter, or should BIS spend their time on doing NATO/Russian helicopters, landvehicles etc.?

Well, it would be really cool if BIS could implement a 'survival chance system' in elicopters (helicopters only mind you, you often dont surive a crash with a fully loaded/fueled A10 Thunderbolt II ), but like I said, it would be cool to have a survival ratio which could check how fast you hit the ground and then consider your survival chances (hit the ground at 200+ mph, no chances of survival, hit the ground at 200mph, 10%, hit the ground at 100mph 30%, hit the ground at 80mph 50%, hit the ground at 60 mph 70% etc. etc.)

There has been much debate about this; some say the next official Resistance style campaign will be Independence Lost (http://www.independencelost.com/) and some say that Independence Lost is actually OFP 2. Only time will tell.

Very good! You managed to capture the amazing rate of fire this gun has and did a damn good job at it. Like I heard one of the veterans on Band of Brothers say: "It sounded like ripping canvas", which this sound modification imho does. Great work.

It is possible to add radio chatter to your addons. Martin's Huey had background chatter at random intervals (real Vietnam recordings I think).

Why can't any of you view PDF files? It comes standard with every windows (95, 98, 2000, Xp). You should all be able to view PDF files (except perhaps the ones that use Linux). Btw, I already loved your normal microlights and these are even better . Thx loads for such a nice addon!

Yes, I noticed this too. Ever since 1.30 camo out, the M60 has been totally under-powered, while in real life, I reckon, it has more stopping power than the M16. The same goes for the FN-FAL and G3. They house 7.65mm (x56?) while the M16/M4 (Xm177e2) only house 5.56mm.

Yes, I lost all of my weapons on that mission too. This is a known problem and you could've found more threads concerning this. The only thing to do is to revert to the last mission (the one where you have to capture the outpost and base) again. This is a pain but it's the only way to get your weapons and ammo back.
