I´ve installed 2.5 patch and nothing happens. I´m downloading directly to the OFP directory. What to do, what to do!!

I´ve installed the patch but I´m still getting 2.0 in the opening screen and nothing´s changed. What I´m I getting wrong? I´ve installed the patch directly to the OFP directory.

I´ve noticed that the frag ammunition in Russian tanks are gone. All we have is APDS rounds and these are almost ineffective against infantry. Will they be back in the patch?

The AKS-74U looks weird compared to the other AK´s. It looks somewhat like plastic. Anyone knows of an addon to swap it? By the way, I just buried one of my soldiers today. One of my soldiers was killed in an ambush and when I approached his corpse to retrieve his weapon, the option to bury him appeared. I clicked on that and after a while he was covered with dirt. This is amazing! A very nice touch and it adds tons of realism to the game. The option of dragging wounded and the dead is also a big plus. Well done, mate...

Hey, that R-109 radio thing that the rebels and Russians carry. What´s it for?

It could be a bug or perhaps I´m just too ignorant on modern weapons, but when I fire the RPG-7 the rocket just snaps from one side to the other almost asi if being badly guided. I fired at a rebel truck almost at close range and missed by bald man´s hair! The rocket skewed to one side before impact. Is this what PG-7 warheads do or am I missing something? Please enlighten an ignorant soul...

Found another bug. Messing with the editor map i found that the speed of the T-62 is waaaauy too slow. You can see the road wheels and the tracks spinnign really fast but the speed is very slow. Almost a snail´s crawl. And by the way, you got the sound of the AK´s just right. Good job, mate!

I´ve had OFP for nearly 3 years now and not once have I played online. So, I´d like to try that now. Especially with that FFUR mod that´s coming out. Can anyone tell where would be a great place to play online? Can anybody direct me to a good server? Thanks in advance.

Same trend here, mate. XBOX, PS2, the nintendo, you name it. They have tons of games here for sale. For a PC game it´s basically a trip to the U.S. for purchase. It´s madness!

Well, living in México makes it very, very difficult to buy games like Arma or any other title. Once I knew that Arma was out, I almost instantly placed a order online, only to have my request rejected due to lack of permission from the publisher to ship to my destination; and I´m quite sure it´s the same story with the remainder of Latin America. I tried different online outlets like amazon and such to no avail. The only way to get it now is to personaly travel to the U.S. to buy a copy. So my question is: Why doesn´t the publishers want to distribute their products in Latin America? Why do they make it so difficult for us to buy their products? Latin America is such a great market platform for business expansion. And yet they leave us out in the cold; shame!

I´ve noticed that whenever you fire the AK in automatic the sounds basicaly disapears. It has trouble coming out. Could we have the old sound from vanilla? No problem with that firing sound.

Hey, Thanks!!! I´ll se what I can do... Edit: One more thing. Where exactly on the screen should I type the codes. That´s what´s confusing me hehehe.

I,ve become intrested in mission building. But I often get confused with all that "init line" and codes. For expample, where should I put the code to, say... put a camp fire somewhere in Dolina? How to make the soldiers sit around it. How to establish patrols on roads and man checkpoints. Stuff like that. The issue is where to put the codes. I´ll figure out about the rest or maybe I could ask again later hehehe. Hope you guys can help.

I love the sounds of the russian weapons of FFUR 2006. Is there any way to move them to FFUR2007SLX??
