If you think that by buying a key means you bought the game then you are wrong.
Buying a key does not entitle you to the game files.
Unless you have bought a legitimate copy of the game, either a legal online distribution, a DVD boxed game or from Steam then you probably have an illegal copy of the game and buying a 'key' does not make it a legal copy.

Have you inserted the command switch -buldozer in the system preferences for Buldozer in Visitor?
e.g. "D:\Program files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\arma2.exe" -window -buldozer

The bin folder in your p: drive needs to be changed for the new one that came with 1.05.

Unpack the hotfix, inside you will find 2 files ...
missions_ew.pbo
missions_ew.pbo.bi.bisign
Put them in your ArmA2 Addons folder, they will replace the ones that are there already.

BI released all the models for ArmA in MLOD format a long time ago.

Of course you can drag them, I sometimes have to do it, just drag the second and third ones so they sit astride the right window border of the program window.
Hopefully they will insert properly, try to make sure the following 2 are the same width as the first one as well.

This is a *new* ArmA2 feature.
Alt - Enter will put you into windowed mode if you are in full screen mode and vica versa.

Your p: drive should be in your C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\My Documents folder and should be named as 'ArmaWork'.
This is all set up for you when you install the tools and BI's tools drive.

You realise that with these dimensions:
2048 X 2048 Terrain Grid size
75m Terrain Cell size
2048 X 2048 Sat Image size ...
that each pixel in your sat image will represent 75 X 75 metres.
To achieve 1 pixel = 1 metre you would need a sat image of 153600 X 153600.

If you are using arma2.exe from your present game version then you need to replace the bin folder in p:/ with the extracted bin.pbo from your present game version too, otherwise there is a mismatch.

I have never seen a 'speech =' line in any of my islandname.hpp' files output by Visitor.
Where did you first get it?
Checking in the Visitor section for input of Keypoints I can see no facility to input a speech related value either and it certainly doesn't output one to the .hpp file.

You must not have a space character in your classnames, use an underscore.

You can't have 2 classes with the same name ... i.e. class $ ... twice.
Give some meaningful name like 'class East_Airport' and 'class West_Airport' ... etc.

Any time you work on your map in Visitor and then save the project (.pew) the export the world as .wrp, the islandname.hpp which contains the keypoint names is output as well.
Noticed also that the last curly brace in each name definition is lacking a final ';' in your examples.

I don't see a muzzle flash still on with the Apache in my game.
None of the 2 AH64 versions seem to have this bug for me.
Try removing any 3rd party addons and try again.
