Well the griffon medivac isnt armed so i classed it to a regular chopper and the armed chopper i classed to UH60mg. I suppose I could class the armed chopper to the ambulance but indevelopment I like to see all the code oncase i need to make changes individually. And yes the gun doesn't autorelaod, the pilot has an action to reload it for some wird reason.

Bah thats nothing compared to my (OC)3.2 @ 3.3 ghz p4, 2 gb ram, ati radeon 9800 xt w/ 256, and 2x 170gb + 2x 120 gb Hd's  now all im waiting for is for the prescott to hit the shelves  But that doesnt make up for having a small endowment Dauragon @Scorpio, yeah, but I'm skint now On Topic: Kegety's Winter Nogojev 1.3 is also a must have island, excellent features, and comes with a complete set of winterised soldiers and vehicles for all sides. Definately worth the download. IMO BIS should have put this island in a patch as well as the units. Add's diversity to the game.

Well for those that care we are down indefinately thanks to a couple of the major newsites (I will not name names, they know who they are) who direct linked a couple of very popular files for download. We exceeded our bandwidth by 3 times the allowance and they now have shut my site, emails and removed all the files. It is likely they will want an arm and a leg to put it back up and seeings how I am the only one who has ever supported this endeavour financially this is not likely to happen at this time due to financial restraints (no I am not asking for anything). So I am afraid we may not get the site back up anytime soon, if at all. For those looking for our addons you may find some of them elsewhere. The news sites make this community happen but direct linking files to a small mod is fucking bullshit, please don't do this to anyone else you fucking morons. I'm all about excess Avon, even when it comes to doom and gloom Thanks for the offer though Avon, maybe once we get the site back up. I did have offers to host files but that was after we smoked the bandwidth, hindsight is 20/20, I had no idea at the time that the big sites had direct linked.

Then no one has a need to cooperate if they don't. Is that right? How are they different? Sure they make good stuff, there are plenty of others who do. As far as being refused to use Tonal vegetation there is no legal right behind it. It's a matter of integrity and decency. If you are decent enough to ask that's a good thing. Legally there is no right to refusal. It's a matter of respect but I can't quite understand anyone refusing the use of trees?!? If so why release such good addons? It should be open to the community. I can say if anyone wants to use our stuff in their mods go ahead. I'll even send the unbinned models if you are a reputable working and producing mod. If we can save some work for others then good.

Now here's a good man talking. Problem is Blake some mods are unwilling to share their models with the other mod communities. It's called glory mongering and selfish greed. We need more mods willing to share models. I think of the generosity of the BW Mod (Leo tanks, Gwagen), Matthijs over at Kmarns (C6, C7, C8 and Elcan scope), these things saved us a load of time. I will say it before and say it again, any models you make in O2 BIS holds the rights to, not you. It's important to share with the community. The only thing preventing mods from just taking and modifying things is integrity, which means alot to a decent mod. Once p3d edit is released it will be a different story though. Guys may take stuff on their own, giving credit to the initial modeller. Stealing stuff is not cool, especially if you claim it as your own, but whats wrong with a reskin and credit to the modeller?

I'm not sure why but when on my Griffon medivac version I used the UH-60 pilot proxy but when you get in you are sitting in the middle of the chopper at the top back. For some reason it seems this proxy doesn't work with unarmed helicopters. I tried jeepdriver proxy and it looks fine in O2 but ingame he sits in the ground. I do have driverAction="ManActUH60pilot"; in the cpp. Anyone have ideas on this? Do I just need to aligh the proxy with the uh60pilot proxy?

They key is driveract=manactuh60pilot, maybe it doenst matter whats in it for a proxy. Like I said the proxy looked fine in O2 but ingame when he got in the pilot was under the chopper. I used the same proxy on my gunship Griffon with none of these probs.

With the bloody way we are taxed in this country yes, it is hard for a family guy with a stay at home wife and 3 kids to make it. I'm not saying they will starve but they sure won't have a lot of extras. I have no kids and I still seem to be broke alot, and I make substantially over the "norm". But i have alot of extras too. The more you make the more you spend.

Can't see anyone making it on 50k a year?! Wow, has the Canadien dollar slipped that much? I used to live independently on less than $10k a year in my little town. With the cost of living inflation just kills people. I mean look at the cost of a house or the cost of a new vehicle. Inflation has surpassed earning power.

strange I got some unarmed choppers and uh-60 pilot proxy works fine dont know what was your problem Could you show me how you had it aligned?

Try them against the old T-80's Sig released, should be a more even match. We used to host them but no anymore since RHS took them over, maybe theyu can host the old pack till the new ones come out.

Of course banning guns won't fix it. Look at the US murder rate by guns, then look at the laws. Look at the murder rates of countries that have proper gun laws. Americans are 30 years behind in gun control, it doesn't suprise me. Forget telling me about the right to bear arms either, why would anyone need arms in a half civilized world? To keep the fucking minorities from stealing your car? If the gun laws weren't so stupid there the minorities wouldn't have guns themselves. The best thing the Americans could do is ban handguns. Otherwise it's a full on hillbilly fest as usual. Remember, the ends justify the means.

Ya I have viewpilot. I solved the problem, I just aligned the jeepdriver proxy with the uh-60pilot proxy, then I fixed it in the cpp. It's kind of stupid the uh-60 pilot proxy doesn't work with unarmed choppers.
