I was at an airshow on Saturday and saw a Hunter doing a display. This particular one had the largest engine of the type. This baby makes a lovely sound known as the "Blue Note". Any aircraft enthusiasts may know what I'm talking about. If you could simulate that sound, oh boy. You don't hear her coming, but you sure as hell hear her going. Model looks good, but the canopy looks a little too big. Nice work

They look real good, but I'll stick with Jazz and Sideswipe for the time being.

To me, when I look at the X-32 (Boeings aircraft), I can't help but thinking of a big fat seagull, it's ugly as sin (no offense to seagulls intended ). I never liked it. Thank goodness the F-35 won the JSF contest. now thats an aircraft you can be proud of. How'd this topic get raised from the dead anyway?

Anybody know if there are any web cams covering E3 this year? If so, got any links?

Nothing about OFP2 on Gamespy today.

BAS, Absolutly brilliant work. My hat's off to you once again. I love it. Incidently, I got a bad download off your server a while ago. The fastropeing option wouldn't appear under any circumstances, but when I downloaded from a mirrior, everything was working ok. It was version 1.2 both times. Thought you guys should know. Again, great work

The site has a little intro now, and the flashing picture in the backround shows a soldier with a steel helmet fiering what looks like an M60 (I could be wrong). Perhaps Vietnam is a more likely setting now.

If there is no XBox live support, I probably wouldn't get it at all.<span id='postcolor'> I don't have an X-Box (as a matter of principle), but if I did, X-Box Live support wouldn't be a selling point for me. I already pay enough on my regular internet fees, I don't need to be shelling out more money (the X-Box Live fees) for the privilage of playing OFP online. However I am curious about any engine improvments, but I wouldn't buy it. -

8 B52's have left RAF Fairford in the last hour, there's another 5 on the ramp. Unknown payloads.

Thank God for "Air Forces Monthly."

I heard on CNN that there were no casualties reported; but that doesn't mean there haven't been any. Here's hoping there arn't any anyway.
-
You'd look tired too if 72 Cruise Missiles had dropped on your capital in the space of 24hrs
-
That AH-64 got back to friendly airspace. Doesn't look like it was downed by enemy fire, more like a mechanical problem

U.S. 7th Cavelry have aparently made contact with Iraqi troops and light armor. I reckon this is going to be a case of a series of small skirmishes rather that a whole front for a while. EDIT: Air Raid sirens just went off in Kuwait City.
