not alot of people play online anyways, no one makes good missions anymore, so i dont even see what the point is. take what you can get, and be thankful. i am. we're all lucky as it is anyways. but maybe since you said sputnik, you have to tune every addon, maybe someone can create a tool that can work weapon load outs for you.. help you standardize things yourself for missions/servers, etc. something that can put custom/standard weapons and mags in with a few simple clicks. thats what we need...what do you all think? is it possible?

so these are the exact same models used in the deRa 1.5 update? it says so in the readme. is anyone willing to fix the problem where the shirts looked untucked/too long?

you really gotta pimp this out with the people that run the mp servers. get them interested, make some mp missions, and this will be a sure fire hit. everyone knows you cant close quarters battle with the ai, but it be a lil funner on mp with some likeminded players. id play shit like this all day if it was on a server

Although this is a neat option we have opted not to do this again. The main reason is it causes clutter in the action menu. Too many times I went to pick up RPG when BMP was breathing down my neck, I end up standing there with my helmet off, no RPG and BMP blowing me to pieces! maybe you can keep the options, but take them out of the menu and leave them as init line options?

hmm, seriously though? I've seen that before, and that seems to be the case, but honestly real world solutions to these problems, or real courses of actions to stop/punish theft in this game, or any game, doesnt seem to be happing. i'm not saying thats "too bad", or anything, im just sayin

lost of talk about copywriting and such, and whether or not its valid, but if an addon gets stolen, now that this new tool is out, whether it be from an addon maker or BIS/Codemasters, what the hell is actually going to happen. No one is really talkin about that.... like is the addon polce gonna throw people in jail? is BIS's lawyers gonna show up at peoples doors? is addonmaker joe, who does it for the love of the game, gonna waiste $2 Grand to go after some punk that jacked his textures?

i think this should be a strictly NO-ADDONS type contest. theres just way too much out there, and we don't need any more "BAS test missions" but i was thinking that if any addon could be used, and i mean ANY ADDON, it should be the BAS Blackhawk. cause really look at it this way, its one of the only addons out there that is actually differentthan the stuff thats already in the game, in terms of features. think about it. i wanna know what people think about that. If you want addons to be a part of this, reply with some good reasons

im from Ontario Canada. place known in Southern Ontario as the Durham Region. city called Oshawa. home to General Motors largest plant in North america. Check out this badass Cop car. The Stealth. rather than the normal red & blue stripes, its got reflective white stripes and lettering, so its hard to tell if its really a cop car. I don't know the exact purpose, but i think it kinda plays tricks on people, into thinkin its not a cop car, hence the name stealth.

you have to grab the ecp compatible MAP addons from the ecp guys, they also have the MCTO pack too i think, that is compatible.

looks alrite, cool layout and such, but you do realise, when this is completed, it will have roughly 500,000 objects? maybe ur project is too big? any way to scale it down a bit?

I'm not an addon maker, scripter, texture artist, mission maker, webmaster, or whatever, but i still like to mess around and edit things. I mainly do this for myself, like if i see something out there that Ifeel needs to be changed, for my own personal preference, i'll screw around a bit. If i actually took the time, and tried to release something professional, I think i'd do it to create/edit/rerelease something for the community, like something that I feel is needed. I don't see the point of doing it for glory, cause face it, were sittin on our computers for 50 hours a week, we're loosers, no one gives a shit in the real world if we are the best at what we do. So pretty much do things for yourself, or do something thats useful for others. Don't try to use a computer game as a claim to fame.
