AHHHHHHH bad caps. i bought a no name computer a few years back, didnt know the name of it, and the motherboard had bad caps. they told me getting one without bad caps is like winning the lottery, and its actually quite common. apparently there is hardly any product quality control in the asian computer industry.....

one of the long forgot features of the BAS spec ops Chinook. be one of the HKY dudes with the ULTRAm60 (or similar) now get an AI controlled pilot to take you up over a city, then unhook yourself from the harness, open the cargo door, and RAIN hell on the city below. its fun with tanks and stuff (Ultra weapons in HKY pack are extremely powerfull)

is it really that good? i was always a fan of the unreal engine and it's mods (strike force, tactical ops, infiltration). wonder if DoD:source will be any good?

bust out the old flashpoint CWC campaign. play "05 AFTER MONTIGNAC"..... i tremble in fear lost in those woods every time. still a mission i cannot beat without totally going rambo (or editing to get a better gun) this is one of THIS game's most immersive mission Doom3 sp however it totally insane. i get the feeling "i don't wanna play this no more", but its not from me not liking the game. it just makes me feel disturbed, and i dont wanna go on to see whats gonna get me around the next corner. the whole game i just wanna be back @ mars city

i use a gf4ti4600, mated to a p4 2.2ghz(400mhz fsb). i wanna keep the same gfx card, and upgrade my processor to a p4 3.2(i think with the 1mb cache @800mhz fsb) will this make a boost? what about upgrading ram? i use pc266 ddr sdram(512mb) should i get better ram? or more of the same?

is the blade effect going to be something implementable on other mods? that would be a nice standard!

so what can you initialize the script just by gunning the gas? or via actionmenu? or does it change how the vehicle sits on the ground from the get-go? sorry for talking in circles, but what i'm trying to ask is can you wheelie on the fly?

awsome idea! these will fit in perfect with y2k3 mod these might possibly be variants that bas could not afford to do, so if they give you the go ahead, do it up!

nice, i checked the start of the thread thinkin it was a new one, and posts were like aug 2003! so thats a year in the making. its good to see mod teams keeping up their work like this, instead letting overdue projects go to the bins. thumbs up! edit - awsome pilots/crew!

this island is great! i hope you decide to youse the v3 of the industry pack and use some of those newer objects...thers alot of great stuff that hasnt been put in maps yet

nope. V3 of the industry pack was released some time ago! maybe you should upgrade your map to use some of the upgraded and new objects in V3!

what about taking stuff from vbs one and importing it to use with ofp:R? i know it sounds illegal, or against some kinda violation code of some sort. i dunno, its just what i heard. whats the legality or technical possibiltiy of doing it?

sorry i checked back and couldnt find it. what about island addons that come in .pbo format? if you open them up, will the .wrp files be inside?

im gonna agree, gimme a link to the full pack and the update and you have a few very satisfied customers....
