Linux dedik and dual procesors systems

</span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote (whisperFFW06 @ Dec. 17 2002,17:30)</td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">Hi, We are currently running OFP server on a dual processor Linux box, and since the last patch, we did not encounter any particular problem. AFAIK, OFP server is not designed to handle multiprocessor in a particular way, but the code is multithreaded. Linux kernel share the threads of a process among the available processors, so you will see both processors working on OFP process. Whisper<span id='postcolor'> you mean - OPF server under linux using both processors on 100% or it's work like one procesor?
  7. Hi Small question: Working OFP server (under Linux) on two procesor properly? or it use only one of procesors? thx for answers
