innstalled all you need? works for me when it's up. though, a2 and xfire aren't working wery well togheter at the moment ( well, a2 isn't supported by xfire yet, so...)

he has been doing that for some time now, but are experiencing some problems with x-fire ( there aren't any support in x-fire for arma2 yet....)

Placebo, i think you might have missunderstood, the way i read, and understood it, he was hoping the gamers wouldn't give away to many spoilers afther the german release. I'd have to agree on that, i do hope folks could clearly marke the spoilers start and end afther the release....

he does, and even more important, even if sombody is talking in group channel, and you're not in his group, if you're close anough, you can still hear him talk!

If you're using ts or other exstrenal von programs, it's possible ( you'll need 2 soundcards though ) The internal von of arma, it's not possible, and i'm quite sure it's not possible for a2 either.

Well, last i checked, people could do that as well ( even military pilots have done that...)

TCEd, i realy don't think tou need a mod for that, just a mission ;) I've played several missions were you had to be a pilot to use the choppers\planes, a crew member to use armoured ( m113\stryker\t72 and the like ). Respawn time can be set by the mission maker ( should be set..) respawn amount also ( group respawn anyone?). The power is all in the hands of the mission makers. Ofcourse BIS could put in a few top notch missions with the game, i'd love that as well, but whitin hours of the release, i'm sure the first missions would be turning out for arma2 ( hopefully not just evo port, but other great missions as well ) And if you want bleed outs and the likes, try the ace mod in arma :)

i see one thing that is "missing" here, when on patroll with an mg, you use the bipod as a front grip wile walking, to help steady your aim. Atleast thats what we were told to do... That way, the bipod has its uses when you're standing\walking, and is ready for imidently use if you drop down. and it's also easier to carry that heavy sob

I think the main reason that arma is\was hard to get in norway, is because the market for arma in norway isn't that big... That being said, digital download works just greate, got both arma ( german release, didn't want to wait for the english release, bet i'll do the same for arma2 as well ) and queens gambit, and never had any problems with it. Had a major system crash earlier this year, and a re-dl wasn't a problem ( i remebered to print and save the confirmation mails ). And, another reason for getting a digital download : you'll have it in a very short time ( minutes\hours, depends on your conection, instead of days ) afther you've ordered it:) As nate said, velkommen hit

( http://www.flightsim.no/shop/ ), you'll get it there for 1298 + 120,- in postage ( nok ) ;) Looks good, but for the moment, i'll stick with my tir 4 with proclip, works like a charm ( to bad not more games support iy (yet) )

well, the arma demo came afther the initial release, but before the combat op. release...

are anyone else than me having trouble with that italian preview video? To me it looks awfull ( not the details though ), seems like there are some serious fps problems? or small lockups? The sounds is continous, but the game seems to freeze from time to time ( i know some complained about that in arma1 before, never happended to me ), anyone else notised that?

well, the easiest way to uninstall a beta patch has allways been to delete the beta folder.

so far it looks good, something must be right, because it looks like i have a smaller loade on my cpu when playing, compared to 1.14 ( not mutch, but a bit there is )
