Hello, Deadly Fragrancy is looking for some ArmA Coop players. DF is actually a AAO Clan, but i have decided to add this squad cause i cant get used to Americas Army anymore (too heavy like CS) . This will be a NEW ArmA squad and I will be the organisator of that Squad I play ArmA now since the German version was out, and i specially like the Coop Missions (Evolution is great) There will be NO Clan/Server fees! Oh man I cant belive this, i played this game with my old PC, and it was soo nice... but i had lags... I was dreaming about having a nice new PC... And now i have... And whats going on, the game even wont start correctly... Now they telling us to "Tweak your msconfig" ... Well i have 8GB RAM... actually i bought this only to get the game running awesome... and now i have to remove 6GB to run this game??? this sux guys blame

This is great! I used to play it alone on mp at my old p3 700 (server), that was crappy cause after 1 hour it started to lag as hell... now we have a SP evo... Thank you!!!

well mine too. just next to the server.exe in my arma folder. So the persistend=1; string works for you?... may you wanna give me your cfg? but iam right with putting the persistend=1; string in the server.cfg? the biki tells me that its going to the server.cf thx for helping

Hi folks, my problem is may just a simple command. I using a dedicated server on my 2nd pc, works just fine. I using it just for the evolution mission, and only me will play on it. So, my problem is that when i rejoin the server after playing on it, the server is closing mission cause there are no players left and iam at the creating screen to restart the mission, I want that the server runs the mission even there is nobody playing on it, and when i rejoin my points/stats will not 0. I tried it with the string "persistent=1;" in the server.cfg bat that seems to not working. Anyone may help me? thx in advance PS: sry for my bad english

Hi, i had the same problem. Reinstall the patch was getting the server running great (on a P3 700mhz ) Or just download a new arma_server.exe if you finde one . i did the same with the files, copied the arma folder to my old PC and starting the server, that did not work. For config i can just say: click and of course an original arma_server.exe is required Evolution 1.4 is out?

#init makes the server config file loaded by –config option i guess.

Hey there again. will just say i used my old P3 700 , 256ECC ram, 8gb scsi, as a lan server now LOL it actually works, may it will crash in time, but may i can just finllay play that mission longer than 2:30h and make some breaks without these lags, would be awesome. by the way iam using 7.4 now and it works just fine. But how can i config my dedicated server so that it will NOT CLOSE the mission when i reconnect? cause it is doing it everytime and its like i playing on localhost:wall: Any idea? you guys rock

upsey did i say 7.9 ... mean 6.9. But now i use 7.4 And i can play again. No errors yet. I will check my GFX fan may i got to clean it. Do you know a tool showing the gfx temperatur? EDIT: jesus my english just sux^^
