Situation: The Deputy Administrator, US Agency for International Development is meeting with a nearby Tribal Mullah. The purpose of the meeting is to negotiate an agreement between the US Department of Agriculture and the village regarding issues related to sustenance farming. A Foreign Service Officer with the Foreign Agricultural Service will be acting as a point of contact for the USDA, and is directing the negotiations. Success in the discussion will pave the way for inter-tribal support. 2. Mission: ISEG-ECHO will provide security for the DA USAID and the FSO FAS by acting as the Personal Security Detail of a three vehicle convoy to the nearby village. 3. Execution: a. Suspense: TO BE ANNOUNCED b. Concept of Operations: The meeting between the US Officials and the Village Mullah will take place at a nearby Mosque. Three “Up-Armored†SUVs have been allocated for the negotiations. The lead SUV will be composed of US Army SFOD-D and Tier-1 Operators acting as immediate Direct Action Fire Support. The second SUV will transport the US Officials. The third SUV will be ISET-ECHO. Upon arrival at the Mosque, ISET-ECHO will provide Personal Security Detail to the US Officials (and will not leave their side). SFOD-D and Tier-1 will provide exterior and interior security of the Mosque. The convoy will Return to Base following the conclusion of the negotiations. c. Tasks: i. Provide High Value Asset Protection 4. Material and Services: Three “Up-Armored†SUVs will be provided. TOP SECRET /WINTEL/NODIS NATIONAL SECURITY DIRECTIVE 100607 Date: July 25, 2010 Subj: International Sanctions Enforcement Group The International Sanctions Enforcement Group, modeled after the organization in Colonel Oliver North’s “Mission Compromised†series, is opening applications for membership. All geographical teams are currently open, with most positions available. The International Sanctions Enforcement Group, otherwise known as “ISEG,†is a joint US-UK organization operating under the auspices of the United Nations. Receiving tasking from the UN, ISEG operates clandestinely and covertly to enforce international law. This includes, but is not limited to: Counterinsurgency, Counterintelligence, Counter narcotics, Counterterrorism, Genocide Prevention, High Value Target Acquisition, Irregular Rendition, Prevention of Human Trafficking, and Termination with Extreme Prejudice. The International Sanctions Enforcement Group is composed of five International Sanctions Enforcement Teams (ISETs). Each ISET houses seven men, and are geographically focused; Alpha (Asia, the Pacific), Bravo (Africa), Charlie (Central and Eastern Europe), Delta (Latin America and the Caribbean), and Echo (Middle East and Southeast Asia). During Operational Orders, all ISETs will deploy to the geographical region. The ISET appropriate to the region will be designated the Primary Team. Each of the four remaining ISETs will support the Primary Team by acting as an Advance Party, Quick Reaction Force, Countersurveillance Team, or HQ Protection Unit. We meet, on average, twice a week. Typically, we will meet during the week for training, followed by a COOP Operation during the weekend. All of our missions and Operations follow a campaign based storyline, and are highly dynamic.
