Hi, I'm looking for a searchlight addon that I can put in a tower on a military compound that can search a designated area and dogs that will follow the AI around their appointed areas. Are there these addons for ArmA? Thank you.

hi, okay, I'm not sure where to find this stuff on the net. I don't know what words to type in google. But I'm looking for references of detail that contain information about army and marine operations. Such as, seek and destroy, raid, capture and hold, special forces. I would like info about each of these and what is intailed in each of the operations. Because it gives me ideas and good sense of what to make in missions for Operation Flashpoint or ArmA. Hi, okay I have this mission. I have 3 alarm triggers for an alarm to go off once east detects west. I have a bunch of patrols around the Area of operations. What I want to make, it a sentry for each patrol to move to the town and activate the alarm so the player has time to kill the patrols so the alarm doesn't activate right away. How do I do this? Basically I just want the a guy from a patrolling group to run to the town and activate the alarm once east detects west. thanks

Hi all, I'm creating this mission, I want my team to follow me across the bridge in Dolores, Sahrani. I order them to fall back into formation, they just stand before the bridge and go in circles. How can I get them to actually follow me across the bridge? Thanks, I've tried the basics, command menu, and selecting all units in group (~) and then selecting a position. Those dont' work.. Hi all, I'm playing the Rambo2 Campaign and everytime I get past mission 2 and there are 5 missions, OFP crashes to desktop everytime. The error says something about using -nomap or something. I put just that into my target box in ICON and it didnt' work. The campaign uses ALOT of scripts and has music. Does anyone know how I can fix this so I can play? Problem: OFP Crashes to desktop while playing Rambo II Campaign. Solution? I need one.. Thanks all.

So that looks good?

I think you mean the .p3d files correct? If so try installing this program, O2 oxygen light 2 to open the files. http://www.opflashpoint.org/downloads.php look for the O2_light.zip and the o2_viewer.zip download and those should open those kinds of files. I'm not sure of an unacker or extracter.

yeah I have no MODS installed. Just 1.96 OFP Resistance. It still crashes. It might be the campaign itself. I'm trying to get ahold of the guys who made it. They are German though so I don't know how much luck I'll have.. Too bad looks like a good campaign. I have Windows Vista to.

Alright, the issue is. When I start mission 5 on the campaign, it crashes right to the desktop during the intro. I can't even play the mission or finish the campaign. Hi all, I currently downloaded OFPRes WW2 FDF Mod from FileFront OFP. These are the two errors I get so far. The first one is when I first click the OFPRes ICON on the desktop and this error pops up before the game loads. Error 1 Second error is right when the main FDF menu loads in-game.. 2nd error Also it froze at the second error and I had to close OFPRes by Ctrl+alt+del ending... Anybody know why I'm having these problems? Also when I got it to work before, I was able to load the editor and the island but not able to load any units, soldiers tanks planes etc.. Thanks for the help.

hi all, I'm wondering, how do I script to attach an invisible target to a helicopter? How do I script it in a script? It's basic, just I wish to attatch the object to the vehicle so the enemy can shoot at the target because originally the enemy wont shoot at a fast moving plane without some kind of addon or scripting done.. Yes, you can use the sounds from the missions and campaigs.. Are you an advanced mission editor? PBO File Decryptor Click above link to get that pbo decompressor..you can look into any mission from a campaign or single player mission. Then if you know how to implement sounds and use the description file, you can have endless imagination.. I used it all the time, I'll give you an example mission I used voices from the Cold War Crises Campaign. Click here for my hold port mission, use the pbo thing to access it put it in your directory for Operation FLashpoint Resistance.. These sounds concentrate on the voices for OFP Cold war crises, it's pretty cool...

Hi, yeah I know how that goes, you can create a mine or explosion through script, there's tons of stuff around in the command reference also. Then you can hide the body.. or vice versa which you said.. don't worry I do the same thing..

Hi, that might be a big script to ask someone to do...but if I know how I would do it for you. Also you might check into count commands in the Command Reference for OFP.. Hi all, I currently downloaded the FDF MOD V 1.4 from filefront.ofp site. After extracting to desktop, it just lists the directory of FDF MOD. There is no run ICON, or the .exe icon to play it. How do I turn the directory into a run ICON so I can play it? Thanks all.

I'm sorry to say this mod has too many bugs and it's messed up the instructions don't help.. I extract everything into my OFP directory and run FDF MOD but no addons load maybe except for 1 and the MOD crashes to the desktop while it's still running so you click back to it and it still crashes back.. Installed V 1.3 , 1.4 and addons pack, still the addons do not load when I go into the FDF game it's self... I just dont' know how to make up the folders in the OFP directory to make the game run properly.. It's too confusing for me but anyone want to give it a shot feel free..

Ok it works now, for the FDF MOD, now new errors are occuring. Here is an image when I exit the mission editor. Hi all, this may be a long shot. I know there are more star wars addons out there. But I feel that users haven't released most of them yet. I'm currently looking for Trade Federation AAT (Armored Assault tank) for OFP. Also I've tried looking into this site: http://gawmod.proboards85.com/index.cgi?board=medaddonship But they don't have any released. I've tried OFP filefront, they dont' have any. Hi all, it's been ages since I've posted on here. Long time no see. With the fraps program where you can capture, vidoes, photos. I can't get the video to record during while I play operation flashpoint. I want to record a video while playing the game..It says the video capture hot key is F9. I hit that while during game play and then hit it again when I want to stop. But nothing is saved in my folder on the desktop where I have is saved to. It says the numbers are suposed to turn red or something but it never does. The isssue seems to be it never even begins recording. How can I fix, this? Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks for the help.

Hi I have windows XP pro and 6.30GB free space in my C:Drive hard drive space. I'm not sure about the uncompressed space unless it's the same on the hard drive. But can you tell me what to do to get it to work? I acutally have the video saved file location in C:Fraps place. Actually it was because of my F LOCK button on my keyboard, it had to be on it was off. ha, simple thing like that. But now it works but now it's way......and i emphasize way too slow, I don't even think it's worth recording. Unless you know of a way to make it faster.. Thanks.
