Kronzky or anyone else, Can you please PM me the third code? I forgot to write it down. I'm gonna restart the mission and see if that corrects the problems I've been having. I thought I could remember the codes but I can't. I'd hate to start completely from the begnning again.

I've dl'd the new version and the lag is greatly reduced.... but one problem, there are no enemies around. The Raid mission involving the SCUD didn't have the launcher or troops anywhere. I looked around the area shown on the map and surrounding the shown area but nothing. I used the helo to insert into the area, could this cause the problem. Next the same thing happened with one of the battle missions, no troops in the city. Error messages also appear every now and then in the upper left corner during the missions. They don't stick around long enough for me to copy them. I think one says something about Zero divisor and others have various missing messages. Sorry I can't give more info on these.

I saw some questions regarding this but I haven't seen the answer yet. The first 2 towns i've attacked were empty. As I approached from the ground I received a Objective accomplished and received points for it. I have the most recent version and it still did it. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Whats wrong with the file structure? I've used every update but never had a problem. Am I missing something

Did something happen to the Virus gang? Their website hasn't been up for a while. And there hasn't been any new posts in any of the forums in over a week I believe. Any one know if they are still working on their new campaigns/mods. I hope so.

God this mission seems like an excellent one but it has so many bugs that it's impossible to play. I'm looking forward to the next release. Is there an estimated date for the next release by any chance? I hope its soon.

fuc847, You should have a small dot instead of the default crosshair. If you have that small dot and would like to have the default crosshair back, go to the main Arma directory and open up the NewView_v0.6 mod folder you put there per the installation instructions in the Readme file. After that mod folder is open there will be a Dta folder and an AddOns folder. If you remove that AddOns folder(delete it, etc.) or remove the crosshair.pbo inside the AddOns folder, the default crosshair should be back next time you play and hed's "new view" will be intact. There are other ways to do it but this is the first way that came to mind. Now, if you do not have the small dot right now, there is a few different reasons no crosshair appears. First try what I wrote above and if you do not get the default crosshair back let me know.

I like to switch it up and use all the views. So please, if it ain't causing you undue hardship release the view from the picture you posted above. That's a great view as well. Thanks for bringing more flavor to the game. I appreciate your work.

Is anyone else having problems with this Campaign? When I click Start to begin the campaign I get this error message: Noentry'Campaigns\bluoccupationparti\description.ext/Campaign.MiniKampa' I tried dl the pbo again but that didn't help. I already had the needed addons but I dl the addons pack and did the mod folder thing but that didn't help either. I'm not sure what else I need to try. I'm running the US version, completely updated.

Hedcrusha, Here's what I found out. It seems the "Cfg NoTracer+Weapons" mod folder is the problem.(The most recent release posted on Armaholic june 19th). I took @NoTracer out of the target line and your new crosshair shows up. In the NoTracerReadMe at the end of part 2.) under installation, i think it is showing a way to add the file to the target line when multiple folders are present but i can't figure what it says to do. Anyway, I left it out of the target line and the small dot is back.

Hedcrusha, I tried to put newview first but that didn't fix it. I think it's the new Swiss Mod v1.1 that is causing the problem. I just got home so I'll figure it out and let you what I find.

Hedcrusha, That hasn't been working for me. The views will work but not the crosshair. As i stated above, I had to remove all other modfolder commands and only put NewView_v0.6 in the target line and it worked. I think the new Swiss Modv1.1 is causing the problem but I won't no for sure until I get back in 2 hours from now. Any idea what may be going on? I mean -mod=NewView_v0.6 in the shortcuts target line, of course

For anyone who might care: I think my 2 day battle to get the small dot crosshair to work for me again is near it's end. This morning I created a new ArmA shortcut and left every mod folder command out of the Target line and only put -mod=NewView_v0.6 instead. And of course, the small dot crosshair was there. Needless to say, one of the new modfolders I put in the main ArmA directory between June 21st and June 22nd is the culprit. For me at least, one of the user made items posted to armaholic.com on either june 21/june 22 that I've downloaded is not allowing the small dot crosshair to appear(but both new views work.) I'm gonna figure it out when I get back in a couple hours but until then if anyone knows which recent item is the cause please let me know. I'm sure it's posted somewhere on the BI forums but, alas, I'm too lazy to look.

I still can't get the small dot crosshair to work on either close or far versions of the update. I've tried everything I can think of. Is anyone else having this problem or know of a possible Addon or mod file that may be the problem? It work prior to the latest release but now I can't get it to show up. I'm stumped.

1in1class, I tried to take the crosshair .pbo from the close version but it didn't work. I'm not sure if this matters but both crosshair .pbo's have the same details(size, date/time, etc.). Anyway, I just want to make sure you will be around for a little while longer(that is if you still are checking this post). I'm gonna try a few things and then get back to you if nothing else works. I think I know what's going on. I had it working before this current release but I wasn't using the new view, only the crosshair. I'll be back on this post in 15-20min or so.

I love the new view(not so close version). Although I'd like to use the little dot as the crosshair. For some reason I was under the impression that the new release(farther version) uses the small dot crosshair(the crosshair in the 1st image below) but thats not what shows up. The crosshair that currently appears is the one in the 2nd image below. Does anyone know where I can find the small dot crosshair from the 1st image below? I think I've tried all the pbo's from other NewView versions but I easily could've missed one. ***I want to use the small dot crosshair in the image below*** *****But all I can find is the crosshair in the image below*****

Where do I place the Money Stack pbo's? Where is the RES folder? I can't seem to find it. I'm using the US version, not sure if that matters.

Am I mistaken? I thought there are missions included with this mod? I can't find any missions anywhere. Not under Campaigns or Missions, nuffin..... Are there SP missions included in this mod or did I miss read sumpfin? I'm finna axe til I find out...... C'mouwn!

Does this mission work with the new patch? I have all the required add ons but I still get an error message. Something about being dependable on downloadable content that was deleted.nim_clouds What else do I need?

I don't know how it could be me. I get 600-800+ on every other website I've downloaded stuff from. I think it's you...... Luck can be a wonderful thing.

Is there a different site I can download v0.155 RC2 other than armaholics.com? Ever since the patch 1.08 came out, I only get 4kbps for any download. I can't imagine A'holics.com servers are still packed after 2+days. If you can post a mirror site i'd appreciate it.

Can someone please post instructions for the installation of RTEv3. Mind you, I have know idea what any acronyms mean and not sure how what any of these file names mean(.rar, .pbo, etc.) Example: Put pbo file to your arma dir(c:\program files\...\ArmedAssault\missions) and play it as a mission Or extract pbo to your profile missions (C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\ArmA Other Profiles\me\missions) and run it with arma editor on Rahmadi map. I know this is the instructions for installation but I can't figure out how to "put pbo file to your Arma dir".... I cant find any pbo file, the RTEv3 file I downloaded is a .rar file, i think(whatever that means) If someone could help me out I'd appreciate it. I'm a quick learner.
