I belive ArmA is still a great game and will always be because of the people who make new addon's etc...I started playing ofp when ofp was out & loved it! I don't play ArmA to often but when there's time I'll jump on a server! but yea the drop in players has stopped me jumping on! I would say the mission makers i.e Evolution was to indepth and in order to jump in those choppers you had to have stat's & time played. Berzerk on the otherhand is a effective game time played. I still think about the times playing battlefield 19** map on ofp...simple C&H with only one chopped each side.... MAGPIE

Sounds really good Have a look at eve t.v that started out just as a idea now it's massive. You've got a huge amount of content you could use. I'm sure it would work, Good Luck MAGPIE

That German shop/webpage look's to me like a scam..I could be wrong but dealing in e-mails remind's me of e-bay scam's. I'm going to buy the game this weekend from from Czech shop. I can't handle watching these clip's of the game any longer..it remind's me of chinese torcher it's killing me MAGPIE

Instead of chewing your nail's and waiting for ArmA, why don't we all install ofp to latest patch install a couple C&H maps and play this ALL weekend and show BIS and our community that we are back! I'm sure one of you guys could host a server plus a install map/mod pack for the weekend! imagine :- BF1944 map beening played with a full server everyone on t/s and talking/playing with some mod's    Hey we might even get some BIS joinning Get the beer in...kick the gf/wife out and take away the pain of waiting for the demo what ya think? who's going to step up to the job.. LOL Ad's won't stop me from buying a game I really want! and if the spyware is not effecting my game then fine...I'll still buy a game that I want to enjoy nothing will stop me..and it should'nt to you guys either. When you surf the net your getting spyware anyhow either by clinking a link and ending up at a advert or though other mean's. I mean come on do you really think it would stop you from buying this game if all you clan mates were playing it no you would buy it! MAGPIE

You raise some very good point's although after reading not just your post but alot of the forums over a period of time. I'm starting to wonder if we will ever be happy with the expectation of this game! I don't think we will picking and ripping into some pic's or vid of the game has been going on for some time, I know we all have been realy waiting on this game for 4/5 yrs but we were all told that this game will be a updated version on the 1st. And ofp was a fantastic game and we did'nt poo poo it at that time. This post was not just directed at the above post it's just my feeling's towards our expection's on the game! MAGPIE

why don't SAITEK just make a chip that you can insert into your neck and with a couple of glove's that control you and a treadmill for your walking you'll be rocking oh and I'm sure you want it made by SAITEK Â Â Question :- will the choppers come with chaff? MAGPIE

I belive they'll make more money on the d/l version as soon as it's out than the retail version. Although I'm a UK player I do hope the US ver comes out a.s.a.p because the market must be huge over there! I would also think the d/l version would be out as soon as the first set of boxes hit the store's....it's a very clever way of making money (don't blame them) because the rest of the world is waiting so long that people will buy whatever is available MAGPIE
