I got DSL, so the filesize will not be a problem. People with 56k modem should ask friends that have a broadband internet connection to download and burn that addon pack on a cd. I`ve downloaded addons on my friends computers for years before I got my own DSL connection.

When you overclock your processor, it will need more power. Look in your bios to change the core power a little bit higher. When your processor is locked, then it will be the only way to overclock, when you change the FSB. Some AMD processors are locked, so the multiplier can`t be changed. sry for my english.

Trendy or not, UAP models are the best models we can get on this planet. I realy want to have them in my OFP.

I tryed space, enter and alt+tab, non of them worked. Only ctrl+alt+del worked and I had to shoot down OFP with the task manager.

I had the same problem. OFP was not responding when loading the mission. I have no idea what causes this, no other mission or addon makes that kind of trouble.

I`m using an Athlon XP 2500+ (Barton with 512 kb level 2 cache). It is strong enough to speed up OFP. You should use 1 GB RAM or more that will speed up OFP too.

I had trouble with to with an AC 97 soundchip. You should try a "real" soundcard. Don`t buy a soundblaster live card, there where reports of many problems related to this hardware.

Hope this won`t lead to bunnyhopping players like in CS.

I don`t think that it is possible to put an cutscene in the pbo. All cutscenes released until now must be placed in the addons or res\addons dir.

I agree with placebo. I`m using Firefox for about 1 month now, and can say it`s saver and faster.
