The 7300LE will not be faster than the 8500GT, as it`s an low end card itself. Buy cards above the x600GS/GT level (7600GS/GT or 8600GS/GT) but never x500 (7500GS/GT or 8500GS/GT) or beyond that. That cards are much slower than the top cards of the line.

Yes, they did. Under Stalin (Georgian) and his close friend head of USSR NKVD by the name Beria (Georgian also). Â They kill millions they own citizens. Watch this video (BBC) guy. You will not believe what you see. Â Â http://pudelek.ru/63-saakashvili-sel-galstuk-v-prjamom-jefire.html Those guys really find each other (!!! Erm, to make that clear. My post was meant to be sarcastic, don`t get me wrong.

Low performance on that system is caused by the low end video card, that the 8500 is. It is one from the 8000 series, but slower than some from the 7000 series. I play at 1360x768 16:9 wide screen 60Hz, Graphics very high, with an 7600GS 512MB AGP card. View distance is set to 4000 meters.

There where many puppet-governments installed by Russia, why don`t you speak of them? Russians never did something wrong, right? Not in the Stalin Era, and not afterwards. There where no masses murdered by an "socialist" regime, and Russians are always right. Are you by any chance an politics-officer in the Russian Army? At least your statements sound that way.

Laughable, extremely laughable. That few Missiles that will be stationed for the Missile Defense System are no threat to the Russian Nuclear capability's. Much to much unneeded propaganda is involved in there.

Why is everyone so concerned about online gaming?
Mr_Tea replied to BeerHunter's topic in ARMA - GENERAL
+1 Cheaters ruining nearly every Game that can be played online. That should be seen as a crime, because it costs the Companies more than only a few costumers. -
The same problem that some Nvidia cards had when the Temp was below +40°C. The hardware is designed to work at a specified Temp range, but for the Nvidia Card it was an bug, as somewhat below +40°C at the GPU is not an uncommon Temp for an properly cooled system. When you cool down an CPU to -40°C you can expect some trouble because of the cooling.
-
I think to cool it a bit with liquid oxygen will help, no doubt.

Carrier Command: Gaea Mission

Cool site, was a bit surprised when i opened it. -
It is not only the core speed that count, and pushing it from 2.5Ghz to 3.5Ghz is probably the best way to kill the CPU.

Interesting news, really. I like strategy games and will keep an eye on this. -
Sure, how much will it bee? But as good it looks, i`d rather play the Age of Conan once i`ve build me an new PC.

I watched that video with an wide open mouth full of cookies. Very impressing stuff that is, but i agree with SHWiing that we have to wait and see how it performs in heavy load.

I work with two OS´s on one rig and have done similar without an problem. I installed ArmA and QG from the disks, after that i copied the files from the other installation (patched and with mod`s) over the new installation. When is first started ArmA on the "new" OS it was already fully patched, and worked perfect.

This game borders on being a farce.Need AI mod.

Depending on the direction of the wind and your surrounding area, you can here a crawling person over a bigger distance than he can imagine. With Durg`s it should be fine, that put an end to the see trough bushes. -
Edited Evolution SP, combined with FFAA mod and second weapon script. But most of the time i play TES IV: Oblivion not ArmA.

They look good, who said they have to be used in an "hot" environment? They are a perfect match to the CWC Islands, not for South Sahrani off course.

Georgian Peacekeepers get shot and some killed in South Osetia days ago. This all was planned some time ago, not by Geargia, but by Russia. Escalating an situation until an war starts is no magic, something like that happened here.
-
Now Georgians get told by Russia to stay off there own turf. How nice is that? Putin the old spy is also on the scene, arrived in South Osetia today by plane. They see that region already as their`s, they want to have influence over Georgia, and Russia don`t want Georgia becomes a member of NATO.
-
I´d say to Russia: You want to have all that people you gave Russian Passports too? Well, that`s no problem at all, they are free to go at any time. That all this happens that day the Olympic Games start is no coincidence. Whatever Russia calls their "Federation", nothing has really changed after the iron curtain went down. Imagine another country would act like that, and give Passports to people in an foreign land. That is the same as moving the borders of an country. At least when Russia does it, as we now see what follows after that. The Georgian Troops are few in number compared to that what Russia can send in that War, and when i hear Medwedev say that the ones that are responsible to the death of "their People" will pay for it, i wonder where all that will lead too. More than 1000 People have already lost their lives in this War, many will follow.

Engine only? No way. Can`t say that often enough. If you want that game for less money, wait half a year and buy it than.
-
You can do 20G turns without a problem, as long you have set the reality options to allow it. I overstretched the capability's of a few planes, only for testing off course, and non of them could withstand that much G`s, they broke apart relatively easily when i tried to reach that point. Maybe some addon planes are not configured correctly, but that`s not the fault of the program they are running on.
-
I don`t think ArmA II will be that expansive to justify this request at all. We`re not talking about an new version of VBS, what cost`s up to thousands including every "expansion".
-
So that all off-topic stuff will be posted everywhere? Not an good idea me thinks.

I use the FS 2004, what works very good on my "old" rig. There are free mods out there for it, and many with a price tag on it. You can fly planes in FS2004 relatively easy or totally realistic, that depends on the realism settings. There is a "flight school" included where you can learn everything, from takeoffs to landings, instrument flights, navigation......... Some basic knowledge why planes do fly can help to. It`s fun to fly around in it.
