It has been fixed..It's not a pack update but a single "fixed medic" PBO file. ps.does anybody know what happened to C4P741N's snow version of these marines.i have the first version but i thought he was working on an update...

It's not his spelling...It's the way he groups words together..When i read his post i thought of the film "Deliverance"..now don't ask me why but maybe it was the use of the word "Yar"...

it would be a good idea to have this implemented if the mode was "careless" ..that way you could please me and yourself...

I don't think he meant you personally Kurayami.I think he used the word "Mr Ethics" as a generalisation of the people out there who get a bit uptight about using others work,without informing the maker...but maybe i'm wrong. You must be joking.Iv'e lost count of the amount of addon makers who've tried and failed to get a hold of Marfy....

I don't think this would be "Standard issue" it's more like a custom job.. I would like to see a hummve on "safe" mode with the gunner in the passaenger seat instead of manning the gun.I wonder if this is possible or if it's even been done before...Even when the mode is set to "careless" he still mans the gun position..

Doesn't have to be "uber cool", but it does have to be there. If only for the reason that I don't want to fire a weapon while I'm trying to click a menu item. I agree.The intro is an important part of any island addon for that simple reason...Even if its just like the FDF mod menu screen with the planes flying overhead..It's simple but i realy like it...

It's no differant than wanting snow units or special forces.I actually prefer the desert enviroments as there more open and i dont want them because of current events as you can't fully recreate the type of warfare thats going on in Iraq at the moment with the OFP engine limitations.I was actually joking when i suggested that but i see youi have no sence of humour...bye the way that was also a joke... ..keep up the good work .. also it kind of limits your units to a certain amount of people.as there are alot (as you said yourself) of people who want desert themed units..

This is exactly what is happening..I watched a Tv programme  here in the UK and it was about Iraqis who'd had to leave Iraq because of saddams regime and when he had been "overthrown" they came back and had joined the US army for a weekly wage to fight against the rebels..

i think i had that one at some stage but the quality just isn't the same as the french one...And i do like qaulity addons...but thanks for that tankieboy much appreciated

I hope Fischkopp realises that once he's made his woodland marines there will be the inevitable "are you gonna make desert marines aswell"......Not that I'd ever do that of course..

I was wondering who reskined the 5t open Truck to look like MAF's M925.I can't seem to find it in the Y2K3 addons folder...Can anybody help me...

I realy like the Puma and just wish i could retexture it to a British one but alass i'm absolutley hopeless.. .Maybe someone out there with a heart will be thinking the same as me... ..apart from they wont be shit at textures...

I think there Air to Air missiles that there carrying thats why they wont target the M109...

It looks a little wierd when you've got autum foliage with a desert enviroment on the same island...I thought you might of covered the desert part of the island with normal grass textures..I still like it though...

@ Kurayami Did you ever get permission to release you great looking truck pack.Come to think of it you couldn't of as you would of incorparated it into your config if you had.Shame really when it's such a fine assortment of trucks.. Ps,I realy realy want these beautys.... PPs,Did you use Maf's nato truck in your config because i just have the normal BIS truck..

Your island is looking very nice.I love that little town.I can just imagine it as a quiet town and with some Russian Para's desending in the background Â

Make sure you have all the addons installed as this is the most common problem for crashing to desktop..Even if you think you have them all  double check as there are quite a few needed.Have you also got JAM version 2.0.

@Lee H Oswald.. Could you tell me where you got that hummve.i had a good desert hummve pack but i lost it along with all my other addons and i can't find it anywhere on the net...thanks in advance...

I think it might be the desert Hummves but i'm not sure..Or it could be the first desert west units that came out a long time ago... It's the Flaberhummer pack which includes dersert and woodland versions..
