    Great ! And its another version of the dssignfile.exe. So After 3 different verison of dssignfile.exe it seem to work correctly now (I double checked it). I'have updated the version on the main with the new pbo signature (the server key hasn't changed), please let me know if it work ok and I'll do a release 03 with... I don't know , it doesn't feel right making new release just for signature update :(

  4. I finished the big shop update ! -Now you can see yourself when equiping. -Unlock system has been modified to allow accurate items count in the shop, and player can sell their items to reuse them later with the correct count :)

    That sill not working ? from my tests the addons was ok... The armaholic page is sending to a wiki which can't provide a valid link ;(
  6. You can already do it by spawning ammo mine and put markers on map :)

There is some issue with this, is that you can't take uniform of enemy side unit, and doing a automatized system would be too specific complex in the VTS scope (with the ability to change group, side etc). I'm not sure of the best way to achieve this to have it in a smooth flow. On our side we doing this kind of operation the hard way : the GM change the side of the infiltrating player group, they equip, they insert, and when the GM feel it good, he switch them back to the original side. It require an intensive GM management :( because If he want to know when to stop the infiltration.

    Thanks, I was using an outdated version of dssign. It was the one packed with the binpbo though... The last version of this tool is hard to find. Release 02 (First link updated) : -Fixed BI key (now using V2) -Added an audio feedback when resting the weapon

    Thanks, It would be nice, I'll try more thing and see of how its going. I rather be able to sign my own addons than disturbing someone each time.

    I didn't tested the signatures, just followed thoses intructions : http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Armed_Assault:_Addon_Signatures But I'm not sure on which file to use DSSignFile. I did it on the PBO which is what it look like to be said on the wiki. I'll try to take a look more in depth. Did retry to generate a new key and test on a dedicated server with verify signature : 2. And It's not accepting them... I'did what all tutorial said. I'm clueless...
  12. If you mean using the VTS with another mission ? I'd say it's you could merge the files but the result could be really buggy. The VTS is mean to be launch to make a mission live by a dedicated mission maker (the game master). Then the GM can join the player to play the mission he made if he want.

    @Kju : From my test fatigue is more for the stamina. I'm no sure if we can make the camera different or modify it to reduce sway @Le_Culto : The system can be easily turned in full automatic resting. But after a long think, I though it would be more immersive to use a key to rest your weapon.

    @Djin : Yes, it's not weapon Dependant so any new weapons would have the resting ability too. @Wipman : It's far from perfect, and having to aim exactly to a shoulder would take you 5 seconds ingame, where IRL you would do it in 1 second. I'm more on the side of a having smooth flow. @sgt_savage : Once your weapon is resting, you can slide it on the cover has long it still have "contact" with it.

    Release 03: -Added BI Key. -Added VTS_GESTURE_AI variable in userconfig to let you choose if you want to control AI or not with gesture (On by default). (first page Link updated).
  16. Hello Donovan, a friend of mine had this issue too, which happened because he didn't installed AIA correctly on the dedicated server. Could it be your issue? (wrong shortcut or addons not correctly loaded on the server?)

Next beta work in progress : -Fixed : unit in building would not move out of building on dedicated server when GM giving a new order. -Fixed : Group spawn in slope could have an unit with wrong movement behavior. -Improved Custom group : Spawning units with a different side should be more efficient (no more ofpfor shooting themself when spawned on bluefor). -New feature : A timer GM can launch on all client (JIP compatible). -Improved Shop : Now show your avatar when equipping. -Improved Shop : Removed unlock system and replaced it by an Item count (GM can now setup the ammount of different items available, and player can still their stuff in the shop to store them for later mission). -Improved Shop: Increased shop distance detection for sell-able vehicle in proximity. -Fixed : Uniform from different side are no more displayed in the shop (to avoid multiplayer uniform equipement bug). -Fixed : Stuttering in Spectator camera mode when a following an unit. -Improved : Filling interior & Populate should have less swimming unit inside. -Improved : Filling interior & populate should be less performance killer now. -Modification : Populate only spawn civilian unit & empty vehicles now.   19. S&D is not very a good waypoint AI just go to the waypoint then search for a short distance (depending of the vehicle speed, soldier is slow). For the new feature use the + from the keypad then.
  20. About the spawn group I can reproduce it but not 100% and I don't have the issue on flat ground so My guess about the slope. Notification is fine right now and compatible with A2, I'm not sure A3 notifications are usefull for VTS. The last time I saw them, they were more for informing multiples missions objectives changes than one. Ok, I'm repositioning the spawned group a little. Let me know if you are still the issue with this test version (And in this version their is a special new feature, use holdbreath/zoom near a cover)
  21. This one is hard to reproduce, It seem to be due to slope mainly. I'll add a layer after the bis function to put the unit abit above the ground to see if it help.
  22. Ok beta 07 is out. It shoulds iron out the nasty bugs from lastest versions. Let me know if bad things still happen.

VTS 4.0 beta 07 for Arma 2 out : beta 07 -Fixed unit skill not displayed correctly in GM interface, when the unit was local to the dedicated server. -Reduced overal data broadcasted at INIT & in JIP (should reduce unsync on JIP player). -Fixed : creating an ammobox or a building would make JIP players to be unsync. -Improved : Added enter shortcut to validate a command line in the gm interface. -Improved IED : detecting target speed should now be retro-compatibe with Arma 2. -Change : Ammobox doesn't draw marker anymore. Version beta 06: -Fixed firemode changing by itself. -Added a gesture commo rose accessible with the "²" key -Improved Friendly name : raised a bit. -Improved Delete : Now delete gears on the ground. -Fixed : GM units markers was not displaying corpse after turning it off / on. -Fixed : GM interface custom group are now also displayed on faction without group data. -Fixed : Buying a new bag in the show will now destroy the currently equiped bag instead of overloading the ground. -Fixed : Unlocking all weapons in shop now also unlock the custom loadouts even if starting equipement is set to 0 (make more sense). -Fixed : Killed GM now respawn correctly. -Fixed : Remove dead function was sometime removing building & units. -Fixed : Buying loadout will not teleport at bottom of a building/ground, if the shop is on altitude. -Improved shop : Radio are now filtered to avoid multiple radio of the some name (to stop acre radio to overload the shop). -Improved shop : Added a filter to help finding what your looking. -Added shortcut in edit field : Enter & Num Enter now apply the set value. -Improved player id generation. -Improved data loading time. -Improved JIP : spawned building & objects marker are now JIP compatible. -Improved group manager : Should now refresh more accurately when the player is changing group.
