Add me to the list of people with this problem :P The new nvidia drivers fixed the lod errors on my machine, then this started after awhile of playing... It might of always been there, just i never played long enough with the lod problems to notice lol

It vanished for me once i upgraded to 1.5 Seems i'm getting the crash to desktop error now though lol i'm really not having much luck tbh  *edit* And the lod bug is back *edit*

Well i rolled back to XP and still got the problem lol So i've went back to Vista and i am currently installing Arma again i've grabbed the new drivers so i'll see what happens, are people seeing the good results with the beta patch + new drivers? or 1.04/1.05? *Edit* Well i tried it with 1.04 and i have no lod or performance issue with everything on very high, however i do have a new issue lol. When i'm in the menu and occasionally in game my screen flashes white like a strobe light, stops, goes all white like a flashbang effect then fades back to normal again. This happens randomly. Seems as if it's something to do with the lighting I'm Downloading 1.05 atm, will see if that helps *Edit*

i'm about 20 mins away from going back to xp so if it works let us know, it could be the final nail the coffin for vista. For now anway

I tried this under windows vista (ultimate 64bit), it was ok under arma, no crashes or anything but the lod bug remained however when i tried to play project reality thats when it all went tits up. I just renabled the page file, oh i have 2gb of ram

Not seen that one yet :s Although mines is just crashing without any errors now, good old vista...

i would love the bloody haze issue compared to what i have, when i run it on my 8800 it looks like something out of the early 90's thanks to the lovely lod bug

i also have this problem it's driving me nuts Athlon 64 x2 5200 2x xfx 8800 gts 2 gb ram 300gb hdd vista ultimate 64bit

I have this problem aswell i thought it was because i have an 8800 under vista though. i rerolled back to 1.04 and it worked for 5 mins, under 1.05 and the beta patch i get lego assault just like that pic. my pc Athlon 64 x2 5200 2 x XFX 8800 GTS 2gb ram Windows vista ultimate 64bit (biggest mistake ever)
