    I have an idea for a sound mod that would be nice to see in fdfmod. The thing is that when an explotion happens near you and you don't die, you could loose your hearing. For example if a grenade explodes, or you are near a tank when it fires its cannon. I don't know whether it needs a script or what it takes but it would be realistic, don't you think. Also because all the commands could be seen on the screen then that feature must also be removed when deaf. This is just an idea, hope you'll get my point and i wish to see this feature some day.

My point is to make a script that 1) detects is the vehicle maneuverable 2) detects is there anyone alive in the group (anyone else but the vehicle) 3)if both true then delete vehicle 4)instantly respawn it with same ammo,health and fuel, except it would be 'empty' instead of 'west' or 'east' or whatever. This way i could trick my enemy to think that i'm one of them since i have one of their vehicles, but when i get close enough they'll notice that i'm not one of them and attack me. edit: Made a test. I can do almost all with doolittle's vehicle respawn, except it should be altered. In a way that when the crew has died but the car is alive, then it would respawn. and to that exactly same location where it was when the crew died.

Good idea.<span id='postcolor'> I tried to search if somebody has done something like that. Nothing found, except this: radar something So, at v.1.46 it has worked, but not anymore? And i still don't believe that it, if works, works for AI, only players. So whatever vehicle i drive, my enemy automatically detects me as their enemy. Or does it work only for empty vehicles, not for hijacked ones? Ok, more thinking: If it works so that vehicles that are placed as 'empty' in the mission are frienly to those whose vehicle it originally is, could it be possible to make a script that does something like this: For instance a Jeep with MG: when the driver and gunner are both dead but the jeep is still driveable, it would respawn in the same condition and place, only that it would be 'empty' not 'west'. Also that original jeep would have to be deleted from the mission.

    Where are the bicycles? Doesn't any other army in the world use bicycles than the Finnish army? [offtopic] Seriously, i think every soldier and civilian should have a LearJet, a Lamborghini Murcielago, 3 Kawasaki Ninjas, Suzuki Hayabusa for high speed racing, Rolls-Royce for distinguished transport, and all other brand new 2002 vehicles, because we are living pre-1985 times.     I think that police jeep is not very realistic, i.e it doesn't fit the scenario. Maybe i'll just jump from a skyscraper now.. It looks good, but wouldn't there have been any 'eastern-bloc-made' 4x4 for that use? Well, in any case, the resistance addon looks great, the stores are now open here, maybe i should leave early today. Or just have 7.5 hours' summer vacation today

"OfficerW". Change that to Civilian2. And you can have friendly russians, just assign them into west's group.

    Sorry about me being negative, but what's the use for this kinda transport plane? Sure, it makes an infantry simulation more realistic(?), but i don't see any other reason for this plane than the ability to kill 90 soldiers simultaneously.. Good work though.
