There are multiple types of blur in this game. Try something other than a radial blur.

I can play Utes just fine and get 30-40 FPS average with maxed out graphics and AA on medium. However whenever I go to Chernarus, even if the island is only populated with myself, I get these little freezes every 2 minutes or so that last a few seconds. My frames are otherwise fairly satisfactory. I feel like this is a CPU limitation as that's my bottleneck in my computer. Would this be my CPU or what? Any ideas what I can do to rectify this issue? Thanks...

Could somebody please explain to me the uses for the different warheads in this game for both the SMAW and RPG? I do know their real-life purposes but in-game their roles seems pretty universal.

Our system is very similar, the only thing I can think of that would effect this is CPU. I've got -0.4GHz compared to yours.

I actually do run GameBooster every time I start any game. It's probably Steam :rollseyes:. Could this be caused by having Xfire running in the background? I never do shut that off. hmm...

Yeah and turning on AA transparency and gamma correction kills FPS. So what exactly does AA gamma correction do?

I am currently running the normal 1/04 WITH mods, though no beta. The first thing I tried was running the game from my normal Steam shortcut so no mods were loaded. Sure enough its still an issue even then. This happens all the time, MP, SP, Editor, anything.

There are vehicles at the spawn point for me and the supply crates work for me. I've never played online either, so it works in SP.

What...? They are very low quality normal shadows. Why does this happen actually? On low the shadows look better than on high...
