I reset my BIOS to optimized defaults and it seems to be okay now, but I've only played for a short while in the editor. I just built this computer today, and as soon as I booted up I went into BIOS and started customizing things. I'm thinking maybe it had a cow with the 3.8GHz since the stock speed is 3.2. I do not however remember setting any CPU options up... I'll keep you posted.

I haven't played ArmA II for a few months now since my gaming computer died a while back. To run ACE2 with the ArmA II beta patches do I install the beta and then just add the mods to the target line of the beta shortcut? Thanks.

So it's been a few months since I've played ArmA II and therefor ACE2 - gaming computer crashed badly. I'm here on updater.dev-heaven.net under the "mods" section. How do I enable download and install of the listed mods? I see them all listed, but not an option to download them. I'm assuming all the mods listed on there are ACE2 compatible.

Or is there a way to get non-empty sandbags from the sandbag crate? That'd be nice.

When I try to deploy a sandbag it always says "there is no sand". How do I acquire sand to fill them with?

Ah well I guess that makes sense, although the fixed/rotary wing sorta gives it away. On another note: We need to get more mirrors. I have to wait 30 minutes between each download unless I want to pay to use their download service.

Put CBA in front of everything, then ACE, then WarFX. Works for me. I also have @JTD mod running behind all of those and I get great results.

I believe if you were to slow down the speech it would sound much better. What I am talking about is the robotic speech from both you and the AI while playing. I think if BIS were to add less than a second pause between everything that is said it would sound MUCH better. Anybody agree?

I get low FPS quite often and I'm sure it's caused by my CPU as it's my bottleneck and my GPU and RAM are very fast. What can I do to improve performance in this area? I get as low FPS on low settings as I do on high settings.

So you recommend leaving the multiplier alone and just raising the FSB? Shouldn't that effect the RAM speeds then, or should I leave them?
