Well Ive been here for about a year now and from what ive seen. Satchel seems to come back when he has big news or when he has an idea that could improve ofp. Right now its hard to say where he is... Anyways back on topic. I would love to see these things released. I remeber satchel saying that he wouldnt release it because he was having problems with the helmet and the night vision. Pretty much what major said.

My prayers go out to their families. PS: I just heard on fox news that the sonic boom lasted for 30 seconds and woke lots of people up....

Okay which do you think was more accurate? The book of BOB? Or the Movie?

I found this really interesting when i read the BOB book. Winters and a few others were standing in the same exact spot right where easy was over looking foy. The snow had just been plowed and winter's wife bent over and found a 30 cal mg shell and gave it to winters. I really think thats crazy how something like that is still there... Another part i got a chuckle about was one of the men in E company knew how to make the M1 fully auto... Sadly though he doesnt remeber how to do it to this day. Winters still has his. He took it to korea and is now at his house.

Well its over now, and heres my opionion... I think he did a pretty good job. He seemed to cover some major issues. I.E. the breakout of aids in africa. I had no idea that africa was having that problem... I might want to start reading cnn.com or something... i think he covered on iraq okay but im not really going to get into that because wed be starting a whole new "what is to be expected after the war on iraq" thread. Im curious to see what powell well say when he speaks to the UN next week.

Well lets see if i can somewhat help you out... Im not in the service yet but i plan to join Rangers most likely. I remeber one of my friends telling me that marines are sent in force so they fight in big numbers while rangers fight in smaller numbers and depend on each other to surive. Now everyone has their opionions but you really have to decided for yourself. I think it all comes down to taste. Do want the brotherhood of the rangers? or do you want the honor of the marines... No one can make that deceision but you... Good luck.

Okay I got to thinking about it and i felt that this would make a good debate. Should we have teasers/previews (screenshots, betas, etc) on upcoming addons? IMO I dont think we should. Because number one, its nice to be totally surprised. Number two is the addon makers can work at their own pace and not have to felt rushed to get their addons out. Thus, producing even higher quality in addons. Now im not saying that there isnt high quality stuff out, Im saying that maybe if addon makers didnt have people bugging them to beta test it, asking when it will be released, they might be able to really show us some even better stuff. So what do you guys think? Is it a good idea or bad idea?
