I don't think I will be able to make my own Green Beret. Been reading all this stuff on O2 and its just crap to me. Don't understand anything lol. I'll have to wait for someone to make one.

Of course you have seen how the weapons when on the back of a unit floats. Not touchine the body. Can't this be fixed? I would have think it would a long time ago. Atleast they could add in straps to make it have contact with the body.

I thought it would be cool to have some green berets with some hefty body armor on them. Baggy pants to make it look more cool and realistic.

Well both. I've never made my own units but I'm really thinking about it. I'm guessing I'll need O2 to make my own green berets? Better start reading up on how to make units. Is there any addon for a crashed helo addon? If not that would be a great addon to make.

I guess you could but im talking about having a crashed helo object. Maybe some debris around the crash site too if possible etc.

Could we add a story section to OFP:R forums? Â I thought it might be cool to have a section where users could submit there own little OFP:R war story/diary. Â I've seen this done for another game and I thought it was cool. Â Some people would tell about an ambush or patrolling a mountain region etc. Â Some people have like daily diaries they submitt of a soldier or series to the story etc. Â What you think?

Does anyone have the problem in Resistance Campaign where you order your men to fall back in formation and then it says "Follow 7" or some other guy instead? lol never knew how that kept happening.

I meant stories that you make up based off OFP not game recounts.

What is AMRAAM missle? Â Is it for air to air? Â IT keep missing the targets. For the MK the F15 will pass over the target and come back around. IT drops 2 of them about 300 yards short every time. I switched the plane to the GBU and it over shot the target about 100 yards. =(.

R71 read my above post.  If say your south of the  target.  And the F15 comes from behind you <South> heading north to where the target is right up in front of you.  about 100 yards and hits.  You will live.  from what ive been testing.  Everything behind the bomb lives and everything in front of hte direction it was falling dies.  Instead of flying really fast after you drop the bomb you can simply fly slow then drop the bomb as you turn away and fly the opposite direction.  your safe from blast. p.S. The bomb already falls really slow if you havent noticed. Any slower and it would be floating

This nuke isnt a nuke but its nice.  I mean if your back is to the F15 when it comes in and drops the bomb your safe from the nuke from what ive tested.  If your out in front of the hit then then you die.  And my computer freezes for a few seconds when nuke gets me.  O i think you live in if your a para because I froze then my guy was spinning super fast.  I ended up like far far far away and  very very high lol.  Really cool model though looks neat on flybys. Is there a description of the weapons and what they are for.  Like the Air Defense one  what kind of misslils are those for?  are they air to air or   air to ground?  etc I must say this is def the best damn addon ever submitted. Damn fine job. I noticed if you shoot missle your going so fast you dont hear the boom initially. after a few seconds you will hear the "Wooosh" then the "boom" lol sweet. I wasd testing this plane on Pheaden Island very nice.

I'm sure most of you OFP freaks have seen a good movie from the 80's called Red Dawn. I still have it on VHS lol. Anyways what kind of Russian helo is that in the movie? Has anyone made that helo addon yet?

Lately I find that there has been a serious lack of quality SP and Co-op missions released. Â Specifically missions for Resistance. Â Most are Soviets and NATO. Â The majority of missions out there are poorly made. Â I tried to make my own l337 mission but I know jack about scripting, cutscenes, talking etc. Â SO its not worth the effort really.

I always thought that the commander should be able to turn out of the tank and fire the mounted MG that should be on top of the tanks. Surprised nobody has made a addon for it. Its the way it should be and would pwn the original.

There is already a Mig 29 by Scorpio out.

I liked the movie. And I don't think they invaded for our wheat..? I dont remember anything about that. For those of you that never seen this movie: Its the Russians allied with Cuban and Nicaraguan forces laying seige on America. In some small ass town elite soviet paratroopers land all over the town. Killing many. Only a few survived. Men who had weapons or where deemed dangerous were sent to Reeducation Camp at the local drive in. The rest were not allowed to leave the town. A group of teenagers somehow escape from the High school without being shot and through town too. They load up on food, guns, ammo etc and take off into the Rockies. They survived for months without coming down. Then the start to fight back guerilla style. In the end only 2 survive. Seems pretty realistic situation. I would have done the same thing. Yes parts of the movie were unrealistic etc. But it was enjoyable to watch.

After a cutscene I want a pilot in a plane to eject. Now I know I can use a script but is that necessary? Is there a command maybe like "this ejectpilot true" or something" instead of using script

Can't somethign be done about all the freaken addons? There is an assload of them and almost half of them are stolen addons or basically copied and re submitted ones.
