Ive managed to get a decent framefrate...but it is simply ludricous how much i have to turn it down even with my GTX 260 (tho my CPU kinda sucks) And the crashes just make it even worse.

Im getting device freed and direct 3d errors through the roof now....when i try to change the resolution it just crashes.

Looks like a fun game, but the crashes and performance screw ups make it impossible to play.

well, all settings are on normal, and i really dont wanna do low. my friend has a worse gfx card yet can run it better than me.

Well my 3d resolution setting is just a bar, not a toggle, but I'll try lower res. And my normal settings I mean normal as set in game between low and high. ---------- Post added at 08:52 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:37 AM ---------- I think it's the optimization, beause I could run crysis on medium high with no lag back when it came out, and my friend with a AMD 64 X2, an ATI 3870 and 2gb of ddr2 1066 ram can run the game better than mine with less lag, no rrcieving and no crashes. Whoever optimized this game had no clue about nvidia.

I am having EXTREME problems with the ArmA 2 demo. I am getting lag, and "recieving" stop in multiplayer, and graphicial glitches, as well as slowdowns for no reason what so ever. TO top it off, i get crashes to desktop. GTX 260, xp 32 bit sp3...why?

Can the T-80 shoot AT-11s? if so how? can the BMP shoot AT-3's? if so how? i saw BMPS while playing red hammer but they didnt have AT-3's on them. and is there a good list of all weapons and vehicles anywhere that i can see? thanks

Is the AI SUPPOSTED to be able to kill me from 500 yards away in the dark with an AK-74? ITS IMPOSSIBLE to do anything without getting shot in the head.

its not so much the AI accuracy but the stupidity of the missions. DESTROY A WHOLE BASE WITH 4 STACHELS and an AT4 ALONE? WOULDNT THEY SEND A TEAM TO KILL A BASE WITH A DOZEN GUARDS HEVAVILY ARMED?? or destroy a convoy alone? or blow up a bridge and 8 tanks ALONE??

At least driving vehicles isint messed up. OFP is easier than ARMA as well.

i did lower the skill. whatver im too used to cod4 but i like CWC style warfare.
