How long until the get this patched,, Ive been playing with a left hand game pad for infantry for years now,, do i really have to go back to awkward old spastic left hand getting carpal tunnel from trying to get at the keys just so i can fly my helicopter with a joystick?!

I remember trying to drop bombs on targets in OFP in RTS matches and even with both human players in the same group , couldnt get it to work

Hah Vindicated , ty victor,,, noob indeed Yeah,, the RTS Im familiar with was earlier than CTI infact i wasnt familiar with CTI because i stopped playing OFP way back when it died out from the gamespy servers, i looked but wasnt able to find the servers that have been playing OFP up until about a year ago, and then my disk got a fatal scratch .. Its such a relief to hear that Karrilion is still making RTS stuff although im a little concerned about the flight controls (flying was my favorite) i cant seem to hit the broad side of a barn with the new planes....

a gamer named Karrilion developed OFP missions that were RTS where each team had a general who would build a base and the teams would fight to destroy each others bases ,, it was the best game ever , it was like command and conquer except first person,..... i heard somewhere that Arma would already have it installed... apparently not hopefuly karrilion is working on it , i noticed he has a server but i dont have his version so i cant ask

i thought there were supposed to be built in RTS battles like in OFP

I just got the game i was confused by the controls, first i spent about 2 hrs trying to figure out why my joystick wouldnt work,, (because i had a gamepad in and it wont work with two, oh i hope they fix that quick cuz that blows) then im not sure which bind i should use,, you got "turn left bank left and pedal left, i remember only two why is there now three and in a helicopter whats the difference between turn left and left pedal?

Half this stuff is already in the 505 version though Does this mean ill be able to use more than one gamepad unlike the switching back and forth from joystick to nostromopad

about helicopter flying,, i have a question, its no secret, that theres an issue using 2 controllers with arma , my joystick and nostromo pad will not work at same time, i heard there was a patch to fix this coming, any word on when?

Oh really,, you mean i cant even use my Nostromo52 ,, surprising to hear, cuz i didnt think it really counted as a gamepad but more of a keyboard extention, well thank you , i will try it

It just arrived, im having problems however , it seems that its not recognizing my joystick, even though when i checked configuration my joystick is working just fine,,, anyone else having that problem?

Do my eyes deceive me? my order from go-gamer .com status is shipped.. it wasn't supposed to arrive at go-gamer until the 22nd of feb does this mean the UK version actually shipped ahead of schedule? if so when?

So , the big question did the UK version ship out today (feb 16) as scheduled?

So order it from gogamer.com, mine is scheduled to arrive early March

Ok so now that Ive ordered it from gogamer.com , NOW they find a US publisher,, is there any reason i should be concerned? like maybe it will be slightly different version and ill be screwed?
