    Resistance got bridges

HAH! In your face, heretics! "OFP can´t have bridges, the engine doesn´t support it blah blah" Just look at that water! DELICIOUS! OFPR IS GOING TO BE MAAD!
  2. So, this is the situation: In my mission, you and your team (you are the leader) are being inserted into a town on Kolgujev by UH-60. So I use the H(invisible) and a "Transport unload"-waypoint for the heli. The heli lands (while under fire) and I disembark (automatically), then it FLIES OFF with the rest of my team. It barely touches the ground, just enough to kick me out, then it lifts off and flies around randomly. If I tell my team to disembark, the heli touches the ground again and one of my guys disembarks, then it takes off again and my guys FALL out of the chopper. Okay, so I put "heli lockwp true" in the activation field. Nope. "heli setfuel 0" Damn. "heli land "land"" GAAH! "get out" wp for me, then synchronize. *puts gun to head* Now I know why it doesn´t work. The wp doesn´t activate before everyone is out, so... BTW, the heli has a "move" waypoint after the transport unload. So my question is: How the hell do I get my heli to ELEGANTLY(no turning engines off) put my team down, then fly off? This problem only happens when the player is the team leader. It has happened to me before (boat) and in a downloaded mission (mi17). Please help me, this mission has so much potential!
  3. Nah, too complicated. I made a para-insertion and it actually worked better than the landing (it takes so long to land on a H). So, Operation Firebird is almost finished, and it´s going to be a helluva mission...altough I have this big problem with my camera script...just JOKING! Thanks, people!
  4. It doesn´t work, nothing works! Thanks for your help, but this mission will remain flawed...maybe I´ll have to do a para-insertion. Dammit. Thx anyway.
  5. And the unassignvehicle didn´t work with a trigger either. When I used the "veicle" it said "unknown operator _x", and when I changed it to "vehicle" it didn´t do anything.
  6. No, no, no! I said that the wp doesn´t activate before everyone is out, so it doesn´t matter what I put in the activation field. And I tried synchronising, it was in my post.
  7. No, how do I do that? And do I use it with a trigger...?

    Red hammer mission bug

That place used to work for me when I had 1.30, but not any more...I have 1.46 now and i always crash upside down. Plus, the cutscenes in that mission and the one before it slow down and speed up most comically: (llleeeeetttsss goooo geeettt etc.) ------------------------------- "If violence doesn´t solve anything, you aren´t using it enough" /me

    Red hammer

I guess I was lucky in this mission, since I basically drove past everything. I started by taking the western road in my BMP. After I had cruised for a bit, i saw 3 tanks. My fellow BMP and me were able to destroy them without much damage. After this things got pear-shaped. I continued up the road to higher ground. Well, what do you know, There`s a BASE on the main road. I remember everything after that as a series of *boom*s and orange balls blinding me, while I kept pressing "E" After a while I arrived at the place marked with a funny circle on my map. I stepped out of my blackened APC and saved my game. Well, what do you know, my legs have acquired a nice RED color and i can`t seem to stand up straight. Too much sitting can result in back injuries. Yup. So I shot a couple of guys coming to greet me and generally messed the place up (lying prone miraculously enhances your aiming skills!. Then Iwlaked over to the tent. After five minutes of giving orders to my (apparently drunk and depressed) ally, he finally managed to walk out of the tent. So I saw an empty ZSU-23 Shilka parked beside some barracks. A minute later we were cruising along the eastern coast way, enjoying the salty sea air and taking pot shots at seagulls with our AA cannon (at lest I THINK they were seagulls...maybe I should clean my monitor) and i saw a convoy consisting of a BRDM, UAZ, and a Ural. I never even got to say hello since my trigger-happy ex-captive was manning the guns. Soo after the smoke had cleared i saw that the BRDM had been abandoned and was still intact. Needless to say, a few minutes later i was at the extraction point, with just a couple of dents in the armor plating from small arms fire, and an adrenaline percentage of about 10.5 % in my bloodstream.
