I got the same error as Wipman....Looked all over the Cfg...wierd error...also getting an error with RHS HIND since 1.12...No class Burst revert to displayname or something like that....Seems new patches have altered something miniscule that is causing all these new error messages...I'll dig into it but it is hard to find so far. Wow...Simply wow....The Sun I hope you are still going to do some stuff for the ARMA community. I loved your UAZs for OFP and still think they rival the stock ones in the game ( I actually like the suspension and rollcages better). Thank you for this awsome and completely unexpected pack. Oh I dream of a sweet T-55! Mirage or F-4...Both good candidates for RACS . I am gonna try to port the NORFOR Trucks from OFP. They gave them to the community to finish and they are totally fine Quality wise for ARMA! Lamar -

I must concur with my boy wld47...Those vehicles would be super perfect for the RACS boys...They need a good armored recon vehicle to take on the BRDM2. Wld47..I will be happy to look at this for you...Will work on it tonight...should have damage working by tomorrow....Hopefully. I have done them all with land vehicles just not with choppers I assume there is nothing ground breaking there...I actually think I already see the problem...Model Config needs to be spelled out more...Damage hide needs to be defined. Oh and @Miles Teg: Thank you buddy for all your kindness and generosity. I promise to release those Especas guys soon making RVMATs for your lovely Israeli helmets and Titan Helmets ...Alas nobody will return my Permission requests. Lamar

Hey guys, I was given permission by Sebaastion Mueller to use his MTLB pack but never got around to it, well I did but never got around to releasing it. He said as long I gave him and Marfy credit it was fine with him Was just in the process of getting ready to convert it. I am trying to find my original emails, but as I recall he was very generous with it. He's a hell of a nice guy, I will try to email him to make sure. I have MLODS of all models that he sent me. Would love to get this baby in game. I also just imported and converted the OFP swissmod Rapier SAM battery, but I am waiting on permission from them before I release it. I would love to help out! I am not a huge space fan but I am very excited about this because they look like real soldiers with real weapons...This could be big fun. I wish someone would redo the WAnzers and terrans from OFP for ARMA Too! I had a lotta fun with those. Airstrikes on those robots and that one ship that dropped the wicked thermonuclear device that just floated to the ground...pure brilliance! I hope you incorporate that feature here! Lamar

I have everything working correctly in game but the blood textures don't work...I have tried many different things and studied numerous other works done with O2. Ok so here's my problem....The Strela and stinger are not engaging jets...I seem to remember they once did but I'm not about to regress my my arma to find out. Someone posted in the f16 topic on complete forum that this is due to Max leadspeed not being high enough. I want to make a replcement pack so that they do for everyone. I have done this and tested it and of course with lead speed at 2000 they are still not engaging. Anyone have any ideas. The Strelas on the zu-23m pack seem to engage fine when i fixed the maxleadspeed.....grrr this is frustrating. Lamar

Made a mission with the f-16s and harriers....God i love Footmunch's birds, but anyway part of the mission depends on pilots being brought down by AA missles. Now I know this can be scripted , but that's no fun if you can expect it. AA missle sodiers will not engage though. Is this Maxleadspeedwith weapon or an accuracy problem with the f-16. I remember in OFP land accuracy had to be = to 5.0 for machinegunners etc. to engage. In this case accuracy=.30000. Oh well, will test my theories out. Superb model Foot, one bug though...no hit point on nose of f16? Lamar

One suggestion as I too want that model....Get a civilian with baseball cap which is available with the released MLODS and ad the cap model to a soldier model and retex that pac and add the rvmat. You can take bits and pieces from existing models to make some great Special forces guys. I haven't done this yet but should work fine. If only I could get my hands on a watchcap model from someone (not QG) I would make one myself and have tried but making models is not my forte yet...still better at config and model editing. rger that rundstadt....Basically here's how i did it. I had a holster from an older model. It was not assigned to the selections list in the various LODS. First I selected all vertices of the new model (holster) then right clicked in the selections to add new selection. I named mine holster of course. holding down cntl i then selected the pelvis selection. holding contl allowed me to keep my new model vertices highlighted while still highlighting the pelvice slections. With everything now highlighted i then right clicked on pelvice and went to redefine. This redefined the pelvis selection to include the new holster model. I then did this with the spine and spine1 selections and TADA...no more holster floating at shoe level. I swear to god I trashed more models last night than I care to talk about. Trial and error...but I figured it out. Now all I need is for someone to teach me about vehicle (uaz in particular) damage models and textures. I got the whole character ones down. bTW I also learned about RVMAT editing last night... good god that tripped me up to. I feel though these little hurdles are useful in gaining a goo understanding. Hey guys I am new to ARMA modeling and I have searched the forums and all available tutorials. here's my question. Using the BIS model of the UAZ I have attempted my first variant. I have got everything working accept the damaged state and the internal. I have removed the canopy but when my dude is in there driving the top is still on. I spent hours on this and am at a bit of a loss as how to fix this. Any tutorials on vehicles out there (plenty for units) Just simply stuck and any help would be greatly appreciated. Lamar

I hate to but in on this post but how do you save a piece of equipment, in this case a holster, to the pelvis and spine. I have tried and tried but it continues to appear on the ground near my soldiers foot. Lamar Nevermind my question...I figured it out..hold CNTL down and redefine...got it...Only took me 3 hours to figure that out hehe

What hex editor do yall use....Is there no other way to edit textures (no tex-swap utility like OFP). Sorry to ask this in your post string but wanted to know bout hex-editing. Lamar
