    K, the fix for this problem is REAL simple: 1) open the mission.sqm found in the NEM_ZOMBIESV0.61c_TCP\CZMDemo2.Sara folder with Notepad, or your favorite word editor 2) search for AntiBox, this is to get the general location of where it's located. 3) Looking 10 spaces above the first line containing AntiBox, you will see a: }; right above: class vehicles 4) Starting at that row, the one containing the }; above class vehicles, highlight all rows down to but NOT INCLUDING the }; located right above class markers. class markers is found shortly after the 4th AntiBox. delete the highlighted area you made. This will leave you with the mission.sqm going now from class item70, a NeM_Zombie_4Slow, directly to class markers. Worked for me, loaded and ran fine for, no holdups.

    I also get the "No Entry 'bin\config.bin/cfgVehicles.Antibox1' error, although the NEW_Zombies and Event Handlers are in the original Addons folder, with NO other Addons added......     Creative Labs X-Fi Drivers

    I have the same problem... WinXP SP2 Audigy SE Latest drivers from their site... and Armed Assault cracks and such. Tried Americas Army, works fine. Tried UFO: Extraterristrial, works fine... So appears to be a direct conflict between Armed Assault and Audigy SE direct, as other games, MP3s, etc are not affected. Any tips?

    Start up issues.

    Installed now for the 9th time..... when I FINALLY get around the all too known Securom CD check, I get this REALLY nice and new message: Data file too short 'addons\air.pbo'. Oh, and the installation ends with a "success", and the option to play or read the readme.txt ya know, I've always been the quiet supporter, knowing that every game, program, comes with some bugs.... but this.... this is nothing short of taking advantage of the customer... Let them be the Beta testers, the Guinea Pigs... This game ain't that old, and we're already at 8 updates, more if your count the beta fixes and hot fixes, and still we dont, well, alot of us, have a game we can actually play..... I'm beyond disappointed... my son got this for Christmas 2006/07, and he is still pretty much "waiting for his present". Thanks guys.

    Start up issues.

    I installed a USB 2.0 Card and a 320GB External drive. Now AA won't install properly... 6 times installing, using a different Harddrive each time.... Install goes fine, I even get the screen to "play now" and "read notes"... but guess what? The pbo's in Addons are mostly 1kb big, and when I try to apply the 1.05 patch, of course I get messages about this and that file being corrupt..... German DVD version, installed fine before, just now that I've formatted and added the USB card and USB drive, now it wants to cause trouble......

    Upon booting I get 2 error Messages, the game will NOT load, with or without any outside Addons. Have upgraded up to 1.05 Euro DVD version. No Entry 'bin\config.cpp.ControllerSchemes'. and Error Compiling Pixel Shader PSSpecularAlpha I won't bore you with my comp info, dont ask me why.

    Wanna sell your computer? I like to download the addons and such, and now, I get CTD anytime I connect to a server. Looking now to see if it's addon related, but for some reason I have a feeling it isn't AMD 1.8Ghz 1.25GB RAM Ati 9600Pro Yes, it's old, but the game does run well on it sometimes....

    Demo mission runs fine, effects are EXACTLY what I wanted! Now I have to work on changing it from Radio commands to a trigger, where when a player gets just before view distance, it turns on buildings that will become visible, and turn them off again if no players within view distance. Not sure if this will slow the game down, or speed it up.... lol Will play around, see what I can figure out

I'm trying to get certain buildings to be in disrepair, burning, etc. I know the setdammage and setdamage I also know the inflame true command as well Examples: object397338 inflame true object397338 setdamage 1 NONE of these are damaging the buildings, producing smoke, or fire.... I did this back in OFP, but for the life of me, can't remember HOW I did it! I also looked around the forum, but nothing popped up either.... Thanks in advance!

    ObjectID to setdamage works, I have a container that crumbles now, just cant get it to burn! lol Would love to have the effects ColonelSandersLite is working on, I am working on sme Zombie missions, where certain buildings are burning or blowing up (ovens left on, fireplace unattended, etc.) Keep in mind, not ALL objects in Arma are destroyable, I got lucky on my 3rd try, and found the container would be destroyed, the 2 buildings I tried before not though....

    Cool, started playing around with them. I have soldiers using the Patrol Script patrolling the airfield in Sahari, some choppers in the middle of the runways, 2 Harriers taking off side by side. runs fine. After a few minutes, civilians start coming out of the woodwork, from all directions, running across the airfield to the other sides, etc. etc. Why are they running? Well, when you see the Zs coming out of the woods shortly after them..... choppers take to the air, patrolling units hit the ground, all heck breaks loose, and the game slows down ALOT.... but, I'm getting an idea of what I can/can't do. If we can port scripts from OFP with only minor changes, then the only thing I'm worried about is only having 4 Zs to choose from.....

    same here, link is dead. The world is so, so cruel to me. Someone get that link up FAST! I still have all the "old" missions on DVD. Skye Virus, Nogovas, all the Z addons, etc etc etc. Was halfway done with my own first REAL mission when my hardrive crashed, taking all my scripts and work with it, kinda drive me off, I had put a ton of work into it. http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin....83;st=0 I see from looking in the OFP forums that the love for Z's hasn't died, but I doubt I have time to concentrate on 2 games......

    Edited: Here are some pics from my first ever mission. Storyline: The quiet Island of Sarugao has been devastated by a hurricane, that has not completely left the area. A Ham Radio Operator was able to get out a garbled international distress call before his radio went dead (we assume the antennae was damaged in the storm), and we were able to understand they need "rescue", there are lots of "dead running about (he most suredly meant lying about), and something about contamination. Therefore, an NBC team from the 323rd Special Operations Wing is being sent in to assess the extent of damage from the hurricane. They will conduct a survey to cover the following: 1) Restore communications through repairs on the Islands Ham Radio Antennae. It is located in the mountains to the South, but local transportation can be used to access it. 2) Contamination due to decaying bodies. A followup team from Graves Registration at Dover AFB will conduct a survey of the needs to identify and bury the dead. 3) Status and condition of the Sarugao Air National Guard Base, which we intend to use for relief operations. 4) Secure several locations (coordinates to be given at a later time) for Red Cross Shelters. 5) Assess criminal activity stemming from hurricane. Looting and major crimes will be a priority target. Soliders from the Wisconsin National Guard are preparing for deployment. Expected arrival in 4 days. The first 3 pics are your arrival to the Island of Sarugao. The C130 has been hit by lightning prior to arriving over target. The NBC unit will be scattered over the Southern Island, and must first gather at Rally Point before being able to conduct operations. http://members.fortunecity.de/eddiehaskel Saving more pics for later, but I wanna spend more time editing! This should turn out to be a 6 to 8 mission campaign. I'm just starting to get into the Editing stuff, so it'S slowgo and ALOT of searching. I will be using addons and such from others (with permission of course), but will try to keep it as small as possible. In the end I wanna take the missions/campaign, with addons, and put them in zip. Total team members 9, not many vehicles or aircraft will be available, but if you live long enough reinforcements will be seen. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas, let em rip. I have an open mind, so I'm up to anything. If this works out, I'll have enough knowledge to remake the "Dead series" from Romero (That's my end goal). Eddie

    Yes, it died, ultimate harddrive failure, took all my work with it.... i was REAL proud of it, but to get BACK to the point I was at would've taken much too long. The first mission ran about 45 minutes, the troops (nbc9) flew in o C-130 in rough weather, lightning strikes it, forces them to jump. Upon landing, their first mission was to meet with the local Priest, a short walk away, but attacked on the way by dogs (no fire spitting, got permission to remove that), and a few Z's. A cutscene to a talk with the priest, explaining what happened several nights before, how survives from the storm held u in the church, only to have the church visited by Zs, including the priests brother... Then they get a radio call from a CH53, looking for them as the C-130 has been reported missing. On the way to the pickup, they are hit again by Zs. Once in the chopper, which is programmable to take them all over the island and drop them off n pick them up (it moves a short distance away and lands), they receive orders to proceed to the local airfield and inspect it to see if the military can use it as a temporary base. This involved clearing out several areas, shipping ports (ships visible in background even), and finally reporting the Airfield clean. as the first C-5 Galaxy lands (Does ANYONE realize how hard it is to get a C5 Galaxy to land?!?!?), Zs come from the west woods, some even in front of the taxiing C-5, and the base is overrun (the C-5 runs off the end of the runway, crashing, killing all occupants). Base is lost, Command says the local Radio Tower has also went offair, and to repair it, so communications can be restored to the airfield on the north island. Call the chopper, move in heavy fog to the the tower, attacked upon landing, repair the tower.... and that was as far as I had gotten.... HOWEVER, I have the German Version of Armed Assault, 4 Z's that fight are already there, and have started my first project!

    Duh, never woulda found that, I've been looking for commands! lol! Guess I should looked in the handbook. I have the German version, so I assume you mean RACS, as that is the other thing to change if they are friendly to anything to not... THANKS!! Edit: Did it, now they run around, lay down alot. But the one thing they DON'T do is attack. Time for more research! And I DO set them on Search and Destroy.. so not sure where I'm going wrong. I know it's something VERY basic though... Confusing is, looking at all the sites, OFP and ArmaA mixed, some most commands work, some references don't, is all confusing...

    I did some old mission editing with the Zs in OFP, using the gblalltargets, premade game logics, etc. etc.? WHAT is it in ArmA that sets side 1 against side 2 in this mission? I unpbo'd the file, pulled it up in the ingame editor, and I'll be darned it I can see what EXACTLY sets the Zs against west, and vice versa. I feel REAL dumb asking, as setting side 1 against side 2 and reverse should be VERY basic, but I don't see where the connection is being made....
