OFP2 and "armed assault" - what's up?
EiZei replied to Cpt. FrostBite's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - GENERAL
Lads we've got a winner. =) Lets siege the E3 hall for more info on this Armed assualt and OFP2 crisis. Anyway I'm going nuts so I'll try not to look at this forum untill tomorrow. E3 expo begins on 18th. -
If bibles were being shat upon in some pro-choice/pro-LGBT-rally I think certain fundies would have a shit fit (pun intended) and that stuff would get shown again and again in certain media outlets.
-
I wonder if anything will come of this-it seems unlikely. The Uzbek show of force would probably scare the opposition into silence. Oh yes.. The guy on every picture is the "president" of Uzbekistan, Islam Karimov. Round and round we go and so forth

again... And how is this so extreem[sic] that it warrants crimes against humanity? Last time I checked Iraq was quite a bit farther than mexico. Anyways, officially the US has not declared war on Iraq since it falls into the same bullshit police action category as vietnam. How can you be so sure that my father was not statoned in Plieku? You are 16 and your father is telling you not to trust vietnamese hookers? Tsk.

My bet is on Red dawn, didn't you notice those EVIL brown cubans gunning down high school students? I really really really hope you do not live in florida. However the odds are against me considering the general nuts:sane people ratio there. No you are not.

Just because somebody passed a law gives unquestionable right to shoot unarmed civilians?
-
Shooting people because they *might* affect the economy negatively? Riiiiight.. I got some more ideas, how about we put all those unproductive minorities to death camps (they have higher unemployment etc.), kill the elderly, euthanise the disadvantaged and invade countries that have natural resources that are needed.. oh wait.

Lack of story doesn't seem to reduce the popularity of certain hack'n'slashes or not to mention MMORPGs. Don't get me wrong, I think plots are severely lacking these days, hell, I was playing infocom text adventure just 15 minutes ago.
-
Too bad those laws can not be applied for military purposes and you know what this kind of technology usually ends up to..
-
My grandfather did active duty both in the winter war and the continuation war.
-
And then there's appleworks.. http://www.apple.com/appleworks/ Or hell, one might want to go even cheaper and choose openoffice.
-
Having played both the original pc version and the Xbox version I can only say it has gone worse gameplay-wise, its even more arcadey.
-
If its not for gaming id go IBM or apple. Apple has mac os x, easier to use than windows and stable as a rock. But then again, who am I to say since I just bought 11-year-old AST ascentia (486/75MHz) for 35e for remote SSH sessions and such.

Technically using the same license on two computers is illegal but if you do so and manage to bypass XP's activation procedure it will work.

So how does this refute the fact that he is an ignorant racist? All those quotes were made up? What?
-
Hahaha, was that a joke? Its quotetime! "They [Muslims] are backward and evil and if it is racist to say so... then racist I must be — and happy and proud, to be so." - Daily Express, 25 February 1991 "Moslems everywhere behave with equal savagery. They behead criminals, stone to death female — only female — adulteresses, throw acid in the faces of women who refuse to wear the chador, mutilate the genitals of young girls and ritually abuse animals." - Daily Express, 15 January 1995 (ed. note: the dumbass doesnt even know that 50% of those female genitalia mutilators happen to be christians, its a local thing not religious) "A country peopled by peasants, priests and pixies." - Describing Ireland, Daily Express, 9 November 2002 "The indigenous population is not responsible.... It is the foreigners that we have to focus on." - Discussing a rise in HIV infections in Britain, Sunday Express, 1 December 2002 "The orgy of thieving in Iraq has more to do with the character of the people than the absence of restraining troops. And to think that good, decent, law-abiding young British and American men and women laid down their lives to liberate this thieving mob." - Sunday Express, 4 May 2003 "If you make me look bad on camera, I'll wrap that thing around your neck" the 'thing' in question being the walking stick of an elderly gentleman who had informed Kilroy he would not be voting for him in the forthcoming election, on camera. This asshole is hardly qualified to run a shitty column much less the goverment. Or is this yet another case of "misunderstanding" and "misinterpretation" like some people like to say regarding controversial figures like this? Personally I think it's great that populist right wing parties are filled with ignorant short tempered egomaniacs who barely tolerate each other. At least parties run by, you know, adults will remain in power.

The problem is that so is the other party. And I thought US elections were bad.

Good luck trying to find a _free_ hosting service that is not crippled by shit bandwidth, transfer limits, ads or space limits.

Duke nukem is soo early compared to Prey that was recently resurrected It was announced in 1995 and now it is supposed to come out in 2006.

Making a german campaign would be running around on a minefield. One can only imagine the boycotts and not to mention possible effects of some overzealous anti-nazi laws in certain countries.

*cough* Swat 4 *cough* Does it hell lot better than FTF too.

My guess is that they would probably throw in 1944ized east border or malde<something>.

On a slightly related topic: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/4494347.stm History has a tendency to repeat itself..

And yet at the same time people are bitching about "big goverment" and "tax n' spend".. sigh. Hell, maybe they could reduce the amount of wars fought and use the money to build a gigantic wall around the US, that will surely keep the brown skinned devils away.
