Cry me a fucking river. Every other religion has stuff like that violated every day even by their followers. Yet only the followers of Islam are being this touchy (and some extremist christians who luckily are much smaller minority in the west). Or maybe they should start focusing on their own problems and shut up like everybody else. The problem is when the society starts defining what is "harmful" or not. I am sure that when Martin Luther nailed those 95 theses it certainly was offensive to a lot of catholics. I am sure when the US civil rights movement started some southerners found it offensive. You just can't ban something because it offends some people and expect it not be abused at some point. The are so many values and viewpoints that you cannot possibly please them all. In the end this kind of laws help to serve the aggressive supporters of the most prevalent ones. And by true freedom you mean saying stuff some people do not find appropriate? Indeed, and instead of burying our heads in the sand and pretending it does not exist we should confront it.

Yet I don't think there is anything non-personal you could say that would make me go out on the street burning the flags of your country, threatening people of your country who have nothing to do with the matter or demand your goverment to illegally censor you. This incident CLEARLY demonstrates why anti-hate speech laws are dangerous and utterly worthless. The only thing I wonder is how anybody who truly believes in personal freedom could defend this.

Its more of a way of showing their true retarded self. Free speech my ass. That is excatly about what free speech is, no-one can suddenly decide that your speech is "wrong", "offensive" or "stupid" and ban it just for that. In post-Stalin soviet union dissidents were often locked up and told that they were saying "uninformed and provocative" things or jammed up in mental hospitals because only crazy persons would not want to live in the socialist paradise..

Perry bible fellowship. 'nuff said.

I heard bugzilla could be used to track IT support stuff but do'nt take my word for it.

And this is from the country that treats elders of zion a respectable source of research.. Sigh.

Well, I recall reading somewhere that the next installment of R6 would be going "back to it's roots" with more simulation-like gameplay. Would'nt bet on it though. Maybe they should just start a new series instead (historical or future?), 4 games and 6 expansion packs are putting quite a strain on the storyline.

Ach, who cares. The soon-to-be-released stechkov syndicate extension for SWAT 4 will make those coops playble for even more players and fix some command interface quirkiness if I am not mistaken. Always found the idea of busting gangbangers, mafiosos and nuts more appealing than chasing generic suitcase nuke wielding russian rebels. Not to mention little police brutality with the tazer or pepper spray.

The fact that they have recently fought two wars and the US military budget being nearly 50% of the world total they better be. Well, suppose they still got national guard reserves.. time to polish up those hueys and M16A1s..
-
Would'nt mind a mac but my budget is tight as it is already.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn....33.html Am I the only one that still remembers the GOP "outrage" over the fact that Kerry stood 5 meters from Jane Fonda in a photograph taken 35 years ago? Maybe he should have just shaked hands with her..

West being as dependent on export oil as we are these kinds of wars are an inevitability.

I can see how that would work out in reality.. "Gold 2, you are authorized to fire upon enemy targets, go go go!" "Uhh, negative on that command." "Gold 2, say again" "I uhh.. well.. I got some mascara on my scope." "..."

Like anybody really thought those coalition partners (sans UK) were actually doing anything really dangerous. It was more important to keep that already miniscule coalition of the willing list from shrinking even further for political reasons.

Now that feature would had been useful in one helicopter coop I made, nothing more annoying than shipping downed fellow pilots back to the airfield one-by-one.

FDFMOD 1.4 features a rather complete set of russo-finnish ww2 equipment including 10 tanks, crew served weapons, island with proper scenery and 6 airplanes. http://koti.mbnet.fi/fdfmod/newspics/fdf14/fdfww1.jpg http://koti.mbnet.fi/fdfmod/newspics/fdf14/fdfww2.jpg http://koti.mbnet.fi/fdfmod/newspics/fdf14/fdfww5.jpg http://koti.mbnet.fi/fdfmod/newspics/fdf14/fdfww7.jpg

Well, my example was more about ethics of "targeting" rather than effects of a nuclear strike..
-
So, I assume if the 9/11 hijackers would have used nukes targeting pentagon, white house and the capitol it would have been fair game even if civilians were killed.. because they were targeting the enemy?
-
I suppose it's still cleaner than invading them or having the locals do it.
-
If I wanted such I would be playing BF2.

I dont recall every wehrmacht member being a nazi party member.

Yeah, anyways, you are pretty much dead if you are less than 200m away.. especially with BIS bb gun recoils.
