Dont know the meaning of all the other guys in here but i realy care about my virtual life in arma. There are very few missions where death mean no respawn from a big distance and no ultimate dead for the mission. So mostly you lost a big amount of time or the mission itself if you got killed. But yeah some effects if a bullet flying near at you would be great and i think i remind some ingame video sequences where you can see such a thing. (wouldn't swear one it)

better suggestion: Start a warfare map :)

im "glueing" stuff together just to save some money and hope there is freetrack support :) in arma1 it works very well.

Year 2008 - Luckily i upgraded my isdn (64kbit) to a highspeed DSL light (380kbit) 2 years left for hmm the dsl 1000kbit? I want to thanks bis cause i can play arma on the internet (mostly without lag) :)

of course he have to. how could the ai know whats his purpose in this place? only mission maker knows what the ai should do. in reality the mission/map maker writes the most stuff for ai. arma is realy great at this point cause the simple stuff is already added, you dont need to set waypoints etc in detail...

thanks for the lol :) you forgot the time. you have to sync up everything. beside simulation isnt cheap (cpu power), one rocket in one building could work but what if 5 guys with a BM-21 decides to fire into a town? i think you know the crysis videos where a guy play with thousands of barrels. it tooks more then 10minutes for one real time minute^^

@magdog: you can do this already in warfare using the map^^

not all of them. a lot of buildings will have inner architecture where you can hide and shoot out of the window :) additional some buildings can be destroyed "dynamicaly". so you can use the broken building parts as cover too.

maybe my english isnt that good but what did you mean with "multiplayer game of arma2" Supported game modes? If this is the question the answer is: all you want. imagine the arma2 map and units as a big sandbox where you can build everything you want. Flagfight, Area Control, Deathmatch, Last man Standing and so on... Out of the box you will get the most of them and the popular WARFARE mode :) Where 2 armys fight for the control of the whole map in huge battles with hundreds of units (ai)

but if they use more ammo they should rearm themselve automatically. i often fought as squadleader and had to rearm every single ai member by myself... or maybe a command "Squad rearm yourself" where all the ai member search new ammo by themself

put him in the tower :O (so he can spend some time playing ofp and arma :) )

the "horse voices" arent the footsteps. you can heare the equipment fissle on his body :)

@topeira: This cant work for games where the ai has different purposes. In real life you cant drop some troops and hope that they are making the mission. you have to tell them what they should do, guard,attack patroll etc...

yeah but you only saw the numbers and a white flash on a 7 color map (6 team colors and black background^^) So each round of "Mensch ärgere dich nicht" has more visual violence. Think it got 16+ cause there wasnt a real solution to "win", only take less casualties as the other one. ------------------------- Topic: OFP and ArmA got 16+ too, why did you guys expect 18+? -
maybe say renamed it. so there arent some right issues. if i remember correctly they had done it with some cars in arma too.

German USK (entertainment self control) tested arma 2 at 22.04.09 and released it for 16 year olds and older. USK - ARMA 2 So i think no content will be added from now on only bugfixin. We get closer to release
