I'm not trying to start anything here, but is that some kind of way of saying steam users are screwed and BIS has no plan of fixing this for Steam clients? If it is, I'd say that's pretty messed up, but I don't know the whole picture or both sides of the coin here... I just know there's a very frustrated & very large customer base who's effected by this. Like I said, I'm not trying to start/talk $#!+ - just a customer who's asking a question.
