Wolfrug created a work around for using teamswitch. It might be of some help to have a look at this forum page and the attached demo mission.

You need to depbo the mission file then put that folder in My docs/ArmA/Missions You need a tool to open the pbo file. I always use Eliteness but Kegetys' ArmA Tools is popular, pbo view - there are quite a few tools to do the job Â

First of all, thats great news You can't get a bigger Star Wars fan than me. But are we actually going to see this one? From what I've seen of the OFP mod, there have been some decent working addons now for the best part of a year - with not even a beta release. Fingers crossed you actually work as a team for ArmA. If you are using a holocron then there must be Jedi addons - yes? How about Darth Denz for one of the characters  Â

Just thought, Cheetah made a mission similar to your Defend request. Check it out here It's still in beta at the moment but has no real problems with it. Although nothing beats creating your own missions Â

Mate, those missions could be set up really easily with just waypoints and triggers. Learn by doing! Take a look at the OFPEC Beginners Tutorial. Work your way through and we'll soon have you submitting missions to the beta boards. Before long you'll be learning to write scripts and doing all the great but complex stuff

Use the setUnitPos "up" command. They won't go prone and will still follow orders and fend for themselves.

The planes in ArmA can't taxi properly. Very simply, to get a plane to take off you just need to put the plane at the right end of the runway - I think it's the end opposite the hangers. The move wp can be several grid squares away.

How about posting your description.ext so we can have a look at it.

That's some great work there Victor. Looking forward to seeing it in missions soon. In a similar vein to what Balschoiw has already said, I really don't get this impulse to turn scripts into addons, the same has been said about the ofpec_ils script Surely it's better if they remain what they are, scripts. As a script it's easily edited by those wanting to use custom weapons etc. - saves you some IMO unnecessary work and we get what we want. A win - win situation.
