Ah you are correct, I'm at 100% , I just checked Steam Bandwidth monitor and I've downloaded almost 2GB, plus the 2GB from before the progress bar restarted, thats the 4GB download there. So all my previous posts are incorrect, sorry, I'm gonna go hide now :o :bye:

That may have worked for you but mine reset at 55% and has taken about 4 hours to get back to 88% :)

Well I'm at 45% now so if the download did resume then in theory it would be at 100% now. Either way nothing much I can do. But at least it will be done when I get home from work tonight :) :)

I was at 55% when I wisely decided to play ETW and pass the time, that's when it reset :( I knew I should have just waited. Bah Edit: Drift, that's fucked, sorry man.

Tip: don't load anything else on Steam while it's downloading, the fucking thing just reset.

If anyone is worried about being capped, and has an unmetered policy with their ISP, you can try a program like Steamwatch It will block IP addresses which are not considered unmetered. How you will find those IP addresses, I'm sorry but I don't know, your ISP might tell you. If that's not an option, try going to File> Settings> Downloads and set a download region, you may be able to select your ISP in there. It doesn't always work, for example, like kozzy said, I downloaded ETW when it first came out and then the patch, and went through my download quota very quickly. This is a bad situation, like Akuras said, I'm waiting hours for it to download and can't play it. Was hoping for a really long session before I have to go to work :( Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

I wanted to play R6 as soon as I saw previews of it but my computer wasn't good enough :( So I played it on playstation about a year later. A few years later I bought some computer magazine which had a copy of Rogue Spear in it, I think it was the Urban Ops pack (I'm not sure if that was an expansion or what) but it only had a few levels.
