  1. Hey everyone, I have just downloaded ACE2 and not to sound like a broken record, EXCELLENT mod!! The only bug I have found is in the High Command. It seems in missions that utilize HC, it works fine for the first few minutes then it stops working. We are using team switch (MP) so we switch back and forth from commander to other units. So not sure if this has something to do with it. I have searched and found a few posts but no clear answer. If anyone has feed back, it will be appreciated! :)

    ACE 2 No map markers

    I am afraid I have same issue. I have just downloaded ACE2 and its great! Only issue it seems High Command and ACE do not get a long well. I have a mission where things work ok for first 10 minutes then you lose control of HC. You click move to squad but nothing happens at all. Now with this mission we are using team switch in and out. Any ideas/fixes?
  3. We have a game this Sun and anyone looking for fun MP feel free to join. Missions we play: The Hill. Coop. Infantry combat (Company level) in Afghansta like map. Can a human be tougher than AI commander? Brave enough to find out? :) Devils Castle. Mission we get most requests for. A coop mission. Behind enemy lines (like many other missions) Only difference, the AI is very aggressive and will utilize KILLER DOGS to track you down. Also enemy has working flash light to aid in their hunt .. along with a few other surprises ;) Team play is a must to finish this mission. Some alchole has been shown to help sometimes too! All missions be it PvP or coop are meant to be fun (with a little tension and stress ocassionally!) So if this sounds like your cup of tea and you can join us this Sun, drop me a note. Cheers.   4. Thanks for the help. What I meant by no msg is: West lost and East won, debriefing (end of mission) will have a simple msg of the west got kick around like a football , onthe debriefings screen. If the West won then another msg shows after end of mission. Right now I just get a debriefing screen (end of mission) with no msgs at all. I hope that makes sense.
  5. Hey everyone, I have searched and most info I found was on briefings. What I am looking for is info on debriefings. I have an MP game and it has 4 endings (PvP) depending on ending I want a certain debriefing to kick in. East win = Debriefing 1 West Lose Debriefing 2 and so on. Now standard mission has only one debriefing. Can someone explain how to make multiple. Can each side see a different debriefing at end of mission? Your help as always is very appreciated

    in init field or waypoint: plane1 forceSpeed 50 replace 50 by whatever speed you want.
  7. Can not be done via HC. To land choppers and have troops get in/out has to be done via scripting. What I have done is have chopper land via addaction then troops in/out via addaction as well. It is closest you can get.
  8. Thanks for the help guys. I have tried, and I get debirfings but no msg. So end 1 mission ends but I get blank briefings with : The mission was a success! Both of our VIPs were rescued. Well done! Hot cocoa all round!. (using example given above. What am I missing?? :j:

  13. Thanks SNKMAN. I have just made the changes (replaced with Group Link 4: High Command Reinforcement) and requested renfiorcments but nothing happened?? I have the module synched with all groups included mine. What am I missing?
  14. Excellent new version!!! The one question I have is the Friendly Module? IN mission friendly when you load up you get error saying friendly_GL4 has been deleted and I do not see it in module menue. I scanned through past pages and did not see a reference. Any tips on how to fix this error are appreciated.
  15. Thank you for your response back. When I say the weapons move only works for one player: example: in MP game we had had 3 human players in different parts of the map. They have static weapons they want to load in trucks. Only one can. The other 2 will were not able to load/move weapons even though they are far away and loading different weapons n different trucks. It is like the game will only recognize only one player. I hope that explains the bug I mentioned.
  16. Hey everyone, I have been trying different vector commands with no sucsess in getting what I want. I want a big bag fence to be facings down (towards ground) I have managed to get in all sorts of angles but down facing. Any help with the vectors are highly appreciated.

  18. Hey Monsada: Artillery I mean static artillery that AI will use when enemy is spotted. Perhaps a priority can be given to targets, armor highest priority then light vehicles then infantry with a small inaccuracy to add suspense. Great work over all!

  20. Excellent work! The only thing needed is artillery. AI spots you and calls in artillery.

  22. I hav noticed a "bug" during MP with moving objects. If one player moves objects, others will lose that ability. It happened a few times. Is this a bug or something in setting? Otherwise a great script!
