I dont know any scripting, but perhaps some one could make a script to auto fill the tape to your in game name. that would be pretty cool. Long live Fayettenam. -
I have a question about the Group names. Am I able to rename the groups to anything I use (ex wman1 as a unit name or wgroup1 as a squad name). do the scripts need the default name given in the framework in order to work properly? are there any plans to implement Kegetys spectator script with this so instead of the seagull we can follow or fellow solders from their point of view. or even adding the Save your weapons script from Sudden Death? Ok thanks for the info in advance

well now punbuster is set up with another thing called punksbusted and this will also create a global ban from your account, and sometimes even your IP. as far as steam, I have RO:O and i have only 1 issue, load time for the game.

you can also go to Go Gamer.comfor Track IR. they have some good prices over there also.

yes  thats what I meant, but  its mentioned in a couple of other post tward the bottom of pg 1 and the top of pg 2. they say that it will only work for autos not for infantry type units.

didnt Ketgeys (spelling) come up with a way to do this in OFP? i swear i saw a utility  he made that would do this on OFP.INFO or maybe i just had a lot to drink that night. EDIT and this is why we dont let friends drink and post.

I'm not sure where I read this but I thought that we were told in an interview that things like looking at the sun, and flares at night would affect you vision in game. If i am wrong, it'd be cool to see something like that put in, by BI or a mod.

Ok guys power and heat taken into consideration, I understand that if its drawing that much power it must be getting hot enough to fry eggs on. I will most likely go with an E 6600 ATM as its about the limit i am willing to spend on a chipset. Besides, I'm pretty sure that you can at least overclock it to run stock rates of the X6800 without any trouble.( not 100% sure but I'm gonna try) ok thanks for the help guys I owe you all one.

ok I'm Mr. Intel or something like that. I just fried my cpu so its time for a new pc. I want to build Core 2 E6600 and an Asus board with SLI for the future. But today I was surfing and found this any Ideas? http://www.tomshardware.com/2006/05/10/dual_41_ghz_cores/ Found this chip for $90 USD at a shop near me. Just not shure what to do at this time. *EDIT I know that it's a long thread sorry

I'm still looking, for the briefcase though I found it a couple of seconds after i posted this, I've been in that area a bunch of times, cant belive i couldnt find it before.

somethin I didn't think about before was, what about mods, and addons, would we have to DL them through steam? How woluld you install them properly? If steam auto DL's these mods and addons, how would you get rid of the ones you dont want? just another thought, this is why I dont post alot cause i can never make up my mind.

good summary. still i would like to see some evidance for this data. try this out for size. no box= 0 USD no dual layer dvd = 0 USD no paper for manual = 0 USD + no excess packaging = 0 USD -------------------------------- more profit for game DEVS its easy logic but I'm not shure of the total extra profits.

or you could read this post as it sounds like we are having a similar problem. http://www.ofpbase.com/forums....iplayer

pardon my french as I'm still a NOOB what the hell does that mean? **EDIT** Posted: Aug. 05 2006,23:56 One other possibility - if your router also acting as a dhcp server. If so, does the IP address you are giving your friend begin with 192.168.1.x? That IP address range is not routable over the internet, it is for internal networks only. You would need to access your router setup function using your preferred web browser, then look at your routers status page to find your true IP address - the one you received from your ISP. That is the IP address you should pass on to your friend to use to connect to your OFP server.
