hmm...do you mean the soldier's stance? if that's the case, then no, you can't add it to the weapon itself (as far as i know) but you can define a seperate soldier..

Hi guys sometimes, when i'm working on scripts for missions and stuff like that, i often have to go back and forth from windows to ofp. most of the time, when i press alt+tab, ofp doesnt minimize, i just get the mouse cursor and i have to click randomly in the region 'of where i think the flashpoint tray thingy is' and it'll momentarily go to the desktop and then properly return to ofp. this is frustrating and time consuming, and after a while, ofp freezes alltogether and my pc reboots. i was wondering, does anybody know if it is possible to run ofp in windowed mode, or else, how to fix the alt+tab prob? oh yeah, dunno if this is relevant: i run v.196, i know this never used to happen before resistance, but that was a long long time ago. I'm just finally starting to reach boiling point....

i thought that at first, i spent ages typing something like that out until somebody gave me a really simple solution (in fact, it was about 2 lines long, my original script was about 30 lines long and only covered a few soldier types) he used the term "man" in it somewhere prob is, i simply can't remember what it looked like exactly, i lost it a while ago though that example you gave me makes a lot more sense to me, maybe i'll use that instead thnx -
hey guys, i'm working on a small script, and what i'm trying to do is get the nearest unit to the player and assign that to the variable "target" this is what i have so far, but i don't know why it isnt working #check target = nearestobject [player, ""] ?((typeof target = "man") && (player distance _targettest < 50)): goto "target" goto "check" #target ;... plz can someone help me?

i think some ppl here missed my point I don't have a problem with constructive criticism. my problem is that sam knew very well what he was doing, and that the poly count was too high. You ppl are wasting time, energy and BI forum webspace, trying to tell us what he did wrong, that was his decision and i should think that was pretty obviuous to begin with. -
