    Bug in 1985 campaign

Well i played about halfway trhough the campaign when my pc shut down on me all of a sudden. Now this has happened to me before, with no problems because i could just continue from a saved game. But this time after rebooting and firing up ofp, all my campaign progress was gone! There was nothjing there at all I had to restart from sratch. So i figured screw it, I'll just "endmission" cheat all the way back to where I was at and continue on normally from there. Well, Col. blake didnt seem to like that and I was Court martialed by the time I got up to the night watch mission! It's funny, but Im kind of frustrated at losing all that progress. Is there any savegame files that I could to bypass all that, or is there another way? I was up to the gaurdian mission before I lost my progress.

    Custom groups?

I have a bit of a noobish question, but how do you make custom groups? I dont want to make any new units or anything, I just want to group existing units to gether so I can just drop them in via the editor without placing single units one - by - one.

New codemasters cd key replacement policy

so whats the email addy I would need to write to if i lost my cd-key? I just reinstalled ofp with no probs, but I cant find the cd-key for resistance

    Yet another cd-key suggestion

I always write my cd-key on the actual cd with a fine point permanent marker and keep all my cd's in a binder. as long as I have the cd, then I have the cd key

    Dynamic vietnam missions

Thanks for the quick reply, Bagel. I was just wondering if that was part of the reason I take a major fps hit. The mission starts out fine, then really starts to bog down only 5 minutes into it. I suppose when you have that many scripts running in the backround, it's bound to slow things down.

    Ofp is dead?

The main reason why OFP wasnt as successful as it should have been was b/c of the lousy multiplayer imo. Dont get me wrong, I love OFP. After 15 years of gaming, across many different platforms and just about every genre, OFP is on my top 10 list of all-time favorite games. That says alot about how I feel towards this game. I bought the game as soon as it hit the shelves and I have been playing it on an off ever since. The reason I take my little breaks is because I just get so bored of single-player. AI no matter how good it is, will never replace another person. I just get tired of fighting bots over and over and over.. The reason why games like cs and BF:1942 are so popular is b/c of the multiplay. I will bet you anything that they wouldnt have half the fans they have now if it wasnt for multi. Graphics only go so far, realism only goes so far, rock-solid multi-player is what keeps people coming back and helps people form large comunities. This is one of those I games I walk away from saying, "If just this or that were different, this game would be a runaway hit." I had much more to say, but if I kept going I wouldnt be able to stop so I will just end it here.
