Community feedback - improvments for Arma3

3D audio and 3D editor. Sound that travels at the speed of sound. I want to see the explosion in the distance, then hear it several seconds later. I want to see the A10 rounds explode all around the enemy at my front, then hear the ripping of the cannon a second later as the jet flys overhead.
  2. The Speech Recognition in Windows 7 works well. You need to download the macro tool from MSDN (WSRMacros) to create the menu macros, but it can accommodate any number of new key command sequences in game through voice command. It would be up to BIS to widen the scope of the commands available with the corresponding key sequence. (But doesn't help the purpose of this thread.)

BIS, what have you done to lighting?

ArmaII - Lows too dark. OA - Colour saturation too high. If a halfway level could be found then it would work.
  4. G'day WallyJ, I've noticed this AI behaviour if the other choppers are too close. Move them and their waypoint to about 100m apart from each other (Use the editor grid as a guide = 100m when viewed in close.) and see how that goes. I've got 3 choppers landing on an LZ fairly okay that way. (Working towards 10 for the LZ!) If they are too close or the flyin height is too low one will porpoise and go way up high and stay there, and not make the land waypoint. Guessing the AI is cycling through it's crash avoidance code. I am using a flyin height of 70 non-ASL. Good luck!
