  1. Play any mission, get a some an APC crewmen under YOUR command as Squad Leader, then enter said APC. Try it in Supepowers or even in the Manhattan mission. ---------- Post added at 11:24 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:22 PM ---------- There is no way to tell them to turn in. I think I found a temporary solution though. Get the crewmen to disembark and re-embark. For some reason, when they re-embark the APC they all turn in and open fire normally at any bad guys. You may have to do it more than once though. If you notice that your crewmen arent moving at all, even if you tell them to go somewhere, then you have to make them disembark and mount the APC again.
  2. Okay, I notice something else that seems to only affect APCs. They refuse to fire sometimes even when I tell them to engage something or fire at will. Is anyone else noticing APC AI crewmen screwing up?

  4. For some reason when I reloaded the begining of "RAZOR TWO" I get a message that says "Sound Counter Not Found." This is after updating to 1.03.
  5. Anybody completed this in co-op at all? Everytime we load up a save this mission just gets filled with more and more bugs. We're at a point now where we respawn everytime we die. Also, is it safe to leave the A.O. during Manhatten? Can we still look for evidence that we couldnt get to in Razor Two?
  6. Well they need to fix that WITHOUT removing Ambient A.I., otherwise ARMA2 gets downgraded to OFP2. :D
  7. One other thing to look for. Everytime I join a saved game my time is never Synched to the host's time. In Manhatten, everytime I join, I always start at 11:30 am. It doesnt matter how far into the mission we've gone, my time always reverts to 11:30 am if I join at any point in the saved game. The Host's time always continues on from when the mission started.
  8. I was playing as O'Hara (corpsman) in COOP campaign. I ran out of ammo for my M4 and picked up an AK. Whenever I tried to heal a teammate, my character would just stop and take out his pistol! This kept happening until we all got killed an reloaded back to when I still had ammo in my M4.

  10. Have you noticed any improvements with other COOP game modes? Such as Superpowers or any custom missions?
  11. I'm not on the beta patch yet, but the moment a third person entered our Manhatten session almost all the things you just described started to happen. Especially with the APC turret desynching. Were you playing from a SAVE as well? I appreciate you testing this for the rest of us, and wish you luck. I think more testing needs to be done on the campaign coop since it's one of the most fun features of ARMA2 IF it actually worked!! Hopefully we can make a real patch out of this beta. Also, were you playing coop from saves?
  12. How many of you were playing? I'm not on the beta patch, but the moment a third person joined me and my friend in Manhattan everything became really badly desynchronised. We weren't seeing bad guys that the host was seeing, and got killed in "invisible" firefights.
  13. I noticed the basic Russian soldier in ARMA2 lacks NVGs. Whereas every marine in ARMA2 has NVG. Is this accurate? And do Russian squad leaders really forego wearing helmets?

    "All, follow ALL." WTF??

    Okay, for some reason after building my 10th fireteam in SUPERPOWERS, none of my grunts would follow me directly! When I get them to regroup, I would tell them "All, follow ALL", and then just stand in one place not following where I'm going.
  16. Has anyone been able to suecessfully run a Superpowers or Warfare MP game from saves? I've been told by people who connect to my saved Superpowers games about unusual desync issues - seeing daytime when I'm seeing night time, not seeing labels/markers on the map, not being able to enter vehicles. Is the only way to run Superpowers/Warfare through a dedicated server that never gets turned off?

  24. Looks like we finally get a Chinook at last! You know, I can't recall any recent military shooter that let you pilot a Chinook. Not even BF2, or BF: Vietnam. Also, I hope Blackhawk Down mission makers/modders are paying attention to this expansion!
