Enlongate it, put dozen pairs of wheels under it and add a pool and a chopper landing pad. Lol, just kidding. Looks nice, apart from the errors. The textures seem to apply correctly, I've seen some cars that have nice textures but they don't fit the model, I think you know what I mean... It'll be nice cruising around with this, maybe I'll give this to Guba and try to stop him...

I still actually have around 80-90 Finnish G.I.JOE magazines (each have 2 stories in them; so that slightly under 200 original G.I.JOEs) and can remeber most of what happened in them.

I confirm that - I saw the Tiger flying at Le Bourget summer '2005. Let's just say that you wouldn't expect a chopper to do such things. It was crazy. It did loops, barrel rolls and all... one of the coolest things was when it stopped in the air, started hovering and then the tail just "fell". It started decending, rolled upside down, again nose down and turned 90 degrees relative to the original heading when it pulled back to level flight.

I asked the same thing about 6 months ago, they showed the RHS one but I think they're not working on it (RHS confirm?), then someone took over it but I haven't seen any progress since... The muzzle velocity ain't the best measurement of muzzle power, as it might differ on the bullet type used. Usually measurements for airsoft guns are made with 0.2 gram BB's, where, as I mentioned, you have an energy of one joule. Errr... you're joking again, right? 30 grams (1 gram = 1/1000 kg), for example, at 50 m/s (about 2/3 of a standard AEG, about the same than normal spring pistol) would have an energy of 37.5 joules. A 6 mm 0.2 g BB moving at 100 m/s has 1 J. Or did you mean grains? Then it's totally different. 30 gram BB would be heavy, at the weight of 5 9x19 FMJ's!

So? They're not meant to fully replicate the real thing... 6mm is a compact size and standardized airsoft "caliber". It has nice amount of energy in it and it flies well... and if you compare airsoft BB's and 9mm Parabellum, man, you're waaaaaaaay off the track! 9mm BB's with 6mm BB energy would be very slow. You could just stand aside from 10 metres and it wouldn't propably hit you. BTW still asking for info about the 6.5mm "assault rifle" cartridge. Not 6.8mm SPC. Thanks in advance.

Also, as possibly mentioned, the caliber told (in mm's, for example) might not actually be the bullet diameter. For example, a 5.45x39 (Russian) bullet is not 5.45 mm's in diameter, but 5.56 mm (yeah, I know, strange huh?). And caliber might be a bit strange thing, as there are many different 7.62 mm calibers (.303, .308, .30-06, .300 Win Mag) if I'm not wrong, they differ in case lenght though. The example you showed is a 9x19 if I'm not wrong. BTW a bit OT, anyone got a link to some info about 6.5mm assault rifle cartridge?

Well, as you can read, if you can, I'm asking if there are any static animations that can be used with pistol in hand. I've tried using Wilco's all-in-one pack (great anims BTW), but there's no gun in the guy's hands... And no, I'm not looking for a pistol animations replacement. I do have the DMA one. Just something for combat/squad photography, posing animations. I hope I made myself clear enough. Any help appreciated. Even telling if it's possible (and how to do it) is appreciated.

IAF, read the story... Well, first of all, checking if the wing was still there wasn't propably the first thing on his mind, and by my knowledge, it's quite hard to see the wing. He just assumed it was damaged. Plus if there's no sign (warning lights, plane decending rapidly), how would you know it? Especially if you actually have (nearly) perfect control of the aircraft? Hmmm, nice link Tovarish. Some quite nasty photos and movies there (i.e. burned/burning airliners) but some quite funny (no actual harm) ones, too. I think I have the movie on my PC, yeah, it's quite bad.

Yes who cares if the thing tumbles and hits your wing because its not aerodynamically stable, wont do a airplane wing any harm, after all jetfighters are built like T-34's F-15s are built like that, there's a proof of it... one flew with over half of it's wing missing, the pilot knew that something was a bit wrong, but didn't know of the real issue until he head landed ( ) the thing - . The story of the wingless F-15! But back to the topic, well sorry, I don't have an opinion yet .
